"Is this part of the Al Forno chain or is it a franchise? If so it does not compare to the other Al Forno restaurants. Food was ok but presentation was poor. It was empty and the tables were dirty. Considering it was not busy service is minimal, the button to call works but this takes away from the experience there is no quality check and no up-selling took place. For that reason value for money is poor although not really expensive. A few people allowed of the street to sit and smoke not sure if anything was ordered this gives it a low end feel. Not as portrayed on your website."

"Was really looking forward to the meal it started well with breads and oils however after that we were not impressed, we all had chicken dishes which were over cooked which we could have lived with. The service was not great with long waits for drinks and not once were we asked how the meal was, we eventually asked for the bill while the table had not been cleaned and we were not offered desert. The bill arrived and there was an additional dish at £23.00 on it plus the included service charge which we chose not to pay. Overall a disapointing evening and would not recommend"

"The table was good. Our main course was served with the remark “the appetizer is the same”. We ordered them. The pasta dishes were not dressed nicely. My Ravioli over 6 pieces) glued together, only a broken-down area of sage above. Tastefully good. All right, as we had seen before in the Stadthalle. It's very good. I wouldn't drive extra there."
