"Was really looking forward to the meal it started well with breads and oils however after that we were not impressed, we all had chicken dishes which were over cooked which we could have lived with. The service was not great with long waits for drinks and not once were we asked how the meal was, we eventually asked for the bill while the table had not been cleaned and we were not offered desert. The bill arrived and there was an additional dish at £23.00 on it plus the included service charge which we chose not to pay. Overall a disapointing evening and would not recommend"

Cheekily given cocktails at the start without any option. £10 a pop for a table of 6. Naughty and a rip off. Left sour taste in mouth.

Very nice restaurant, have been there many times years ago but have been living abroad. It hasn’t changed, food still excellent, so is the service and staff.always a pleasure to eat there and would recommend it-to anyone visiting or living in Poole

Beautiful setting right on the quayside we opted to sit outside alongside the water. Have been coming to Da Vinci's for over 30 years but have to say on this occasion it was a bit of a disappointment. We felt the meal was overpriced, (over £12 for 4 prawns in a cocktail for starter), the waiter seemed to wish he was somewhere else, and there was no attention to detail no parmesan or black pepper offered when our main courses arrived. The best part of the meal for me was the tiramisu dessert, which was delicious. Sadly will not be coming back.
