"We are regular patrons of Pizza Express and typically have a great experience at the Glasgow location. However, our recent visit to the Holyrood branch was marred by terrible service from a rude and obnoxious server. He was impatient and made dramatic gestures for simple requests, displaying a lack of courtesy and professionalism. When he made an error with my coffee, he expected me to accept it without apology. After I declined, he became argumentative and brought back the same incorrect coffee. The poor service from this individual has deterred me from returning to this particular branch. Additionally, I was displeased to find an automatic service charge added to our bill for our party of eight, as I would have preferred to tip based on my own discretion."
