"My family and I were looking forward to enjoying a meal at this restaurant, but unfortunately we experienced poor customer service. The person who took our order failed to include one of the items we had requested. When we called to address the issue, we were told that the restaurant was closed for the night and could not assist us. This lack of concern for their customers was disappointing."

"I absolutely love this place, it's like paradise! The food is incredible and I had such a wonderful dining experience. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend this restaurant. It has now become my favorite spot and I can't wait to visit again. "E.H.O. (Environmental Health Officer) should definitely check out this restaurant. The food quality is terrible, and it takes hours for a delivery from Market Street to Rosemount. We rang the buzzer multiple times as if we were still going to be awake. The restaurant is using the name Tastie Tattie when it is actually Get Stuffed, with the same number and address. The frustrating thing is that Tastie Tattie used to be a great restaurant when it was located in School Hill. These imposters have just stolen the name, changed the menu slightly, and think people won't notice. To make matters worse, there was hair on the cheesecake. Avoid this place at all costs!!!"

"Ordered from here on the phone was extremely rushed and didn’t get the order correct. Put the phone down on me twice cause he said he was busy. Then it came within ten mins off ordering. The garlic bread was warm but full of grease dripping off it both kebabs was hard narn bread could not chew or it was like cardboard. The meat was freezing and unsure why as we live around the corner and the garlic bread was hot? Worst kebab I’ve ever eaten. Food was here 1 min so we called up and explained the person we spoke to the owner could not have being more rude. Just kept repeating himself saying “sorry you feel this way” multiple times. We asked for a refund and he said he dosent believe us we said we will bring it to shop him and he said he dosent have time to speak to us. We paid £19 for this food and even tipped the driver and we haven’t eaten any off it. Will not be going to this place again and will keep posting. Worst rude mannered people and never in my life have I made a bad review."

"Hands down the best burgers in Cheltenham. The people that build these burgers are artists. Always fresh ingredients. Cooked to perfection. Built with care and attention. Even if delivery is sometimes late. It’s worth the wait. Crispy fries (Piri Piri . Shake that’s still thick and cold like it’s just been freshly made minutes ago (Reece’s pieces shake is amazing btw . The most mouthwatering burger so full of flavour (Mexican is my choice, extra nachos! . Can’t give this place high enough praise. Excellent every time. Can’t recommend Smokin Burgers and Shakes enough. Keep up the good work!"
