"We always visit The Moose on Dale st as the atmosphere, Service and Food are always excellent. Today we decided to give the Moose on Hope St a chance. Outside it was cold and windy, the table they gave us was right next to the...side door, which the staff used to serve the customers sitting outside, when they opened the door they forgot to close it, including the customers who use the facilities or paid their bill. So when the food came we had to guzzle it down, while it was warm, although, by the time I got to my second poached egg on toast, it was cold. However, when my wife found a hair within her food, it really did put a dampener on the whole meal. The other criticism I do have is that, when I visited the toilets, there was no toilet paper, at 12:45 that is really poor. All in all, great staff, good food, but hygiene at this particular restaurant is not its strong point. Could do better, and can I suggest you fit an automatic door closer?"
