"I hate to give places bad reviews on customer service because as someone in the service industry myself, I know the stress of it all. However rude service is something to expect of a young worker on minimum wage; not a grown woman who I'm sure manages the place. This is the third occurance of this. First time I put it to a bad day, second time I found it odd but moved on, but given it is the third time the boss was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude towards me – a mere young person who was ordering something small just for myself – I cannot go with saying nothing. The food here is absolutely wonderful which is why I continue to return, but I much prefer ordering via delivery due to the rudeness of this worker. She always has a nasty tone, roles her eyes, raises her voice if you aren't sure what you're ordering yet (even if there is no queue, and also seems to be quite harsh to the young worker that was helping her behind the counter. There are countless reviews stating the exact same thing, so I know I'm not alone with this. I have never reviewed anything before but it had to come to this. I really hope she fixes her attitude or at least assigns someone much more patient on the till so innocent customers don't have to deal with her snark. Again, cannot fault the food though! 10/10 food. 1/10 customer service."
