"we were at turnberry several times and always really loved it. this time, the service was not scratching, and I put this on a lack of personal inestimacy. we were not in the main border tearoom as it was very busy and so we were in the restaurant where it was a worker to take the orders and serve the tees for afternoon tea. anyone who would always serve another member of the staff and help this poor young one who tried to serve his best to evryone as this restaurant was full. I would say the administration must make sure that there are enough personal or people not coming back!"
