"Head staff were very rude and service terrible .. the main food took forever , sides didn’t come with the main dishes when they did finally arrive . Only one desert came we reminded them two times we was still waiting then the head waiter rudely told us we had to go asap because the table was needed . He still insisted while we politely explained the food had taken forever and we was still waiting on a desert . We ended up rushing and even had our drinks cancelled no finding us somewhere else to finish deserts and drinks absolutely appalling . On a plus the young girl serving was embarrassed and couldn’t understand the behaviour of her superiors , it’s a shame she wasn’t in charge . The only good thing about this place is convenience but there are plenty of better options as it certainly wasn’t a cheap night maybe we should have kept complaining instead of being patient . Avoid ."

"Have always enjoyed Western Club but disappointed on this occasion and would not therefore recommend it any longer. Food which is normally exceptional was very mediocre. Only one kind of bread in the bread basket and one small slice per person. On requesting more bread our server brought the basket with exactly five small slices of the same bread, one per person. Portions of main meal seemed smaller than usual. All in all the impression given was cutting back on food although servers were still very pleasant. Restaurant was much less busy than usual"
