"I was having a birthday weekend and had booked to go to my favourite noodle bar. Turned up and it was closed, so had to look for an alternative. We walked around a little and found this place and took a chance and went in. It was absolutely the best decision we could have made. We ordered noodles, Caramelised Pork, Chicken Wings and vegetables in Ginger. The pork was melt in the mouth and the wings crispy and seasoned just right. The chicken Noodles were so good I found it hard to stop eating. We topped this off with some Sake and the evening's feast was complete. I cannot fault this place, if you want delicious food, great company (our waiter was funny and charming), then this is the place for you. It's my new favourite and I would definitely return."

"1) environment (0.25/1) interesting decoration (small pot plants along the wall.) however the kitchen directly at the entrance makes the place a little conjusted look also the seats (single) can be made more comfortable 2) eating (0.75/1) the fishcakes were really tasteful, but were fried. their spring rollers were seen twice as large as the normal at other places. the vegetarian tofu pad thai was something my friend totally loved. "Tried this place on the way back from the gym tonight as it's always jam packed when I pass it, seems to be a good sign even though it's quite small. It's very authentic, you can hear the kitchen sizzling in the background and there's a lovely positive and friendly vibe, almost as if you were temporarily transported to Thailand ! I only had a main course and decided to deviate from my usual thai red chicken curry. It's a really extensive menu for a small place and I went for hoh mok Kai, which is steamed chicken in red curry paste and coconut milk with egg and thai herbs according to the menu. A bit dry for my liking but I'm glad I tried something new. The quantity was enough for two very hungry people, maybe I look like I need beefing up !! Anyway defo worth a trip for some very real Thai with great service."

"The decor had a good warm feel from the outside, and the atmosphere inside just complemented the whole experience. All the staff were warm and friendly with a joyful smile on their faces at all times, which was lovely to see. They were very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choices for our evening meals. It was great to have a little natter with them, without them dropping their high level of service to others in the restaurant. Their meal choices for us met our requirement and were absolutely fantastic. They even catered for my special request to add fried egg to the coconut rice, where my partner gave me a weird look, but completed the task at hand. My partner and I loved the rice mix, and the food was a gold star award on top of the Olympic podium. Thank you so much, team"

"Having never visited Portsmouth before we didn't know where to get dinner whilst visiting for my wife's work. Good ol' Trip Advisor drew this place to our attention, and boy are we glad it did! Service was friendly but attentive. Good knowledge of what was gluten free for my coeliac wife. All 4 dishes we had were outstanding. I particularly recommend the satay (perfectly cooked chicken) and the penang (such depth of flavour).. I doubt anything would disappoint to be honest. A casual but smart interior in a quirky building added to the ambience, and the prices were reasonable. Oh, and if you've got a bit of space at the end of your meal, try the triple chocolate martini you'll thank me! I'm just hoping we need to go back to Portsmouth again soon...."

"I love Thai food but rarely enjoy it because either it isn't authentic or it's freaking expensive. This place makes me enjoy Thai food the way I like it Authentic and Great value for money. The food is made and served by a great bunch of women from Thailand. They cook most food to order and they taste so authentic. We ordered: Spring rolls £3.50) which were okay not superb but okay. Prawn £5.50) and Chicken £5.00) Pad Thai which were so amazingly tasty and perfect quantity. Even the kids enjoyed eating them. Prawn Green curry with rice £5.50) yummy and wish it had a bit more Of the gravy as it want enough for the rice provided. Finished off with a milkshake £2.50) reminded me of the shakes you get in Asia. Tasty! The staff are amazing and friendly. They don't talk much but when they do they are polite and smiling. The seating is limited as they share a market. Located well. Parking is available right outside this market at £1.30 cash only for an hour. Overall I'm glad I found this stall. A bit away from Dartford but if I'm in Gravesend or craving for a nice Thai food, I know where to go!"

"I received a very warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. Ordering was simple with a numbered menu where you write down the number of portions you want next to each item. For my starter, I had pork spare ribs with vegetables in a delicious homemade sauce that made the meat fall off the bone. The dish felt light and satisfying. For my main course, I enjoyed a mild beef curry with vegetables and another delectable sauce, along with coconut rice. I savored the curry first and then mixed the remaining sauce with the rice, creating a delightful combination. You can bring your own drinks and have them chilled in the restaurant's fridge. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and I must mention the unique Dr. Who Tardis restroom."
