"The dining experience was excellent, and the wine was served at the perfect temperature. The ambiance was warm and pleasant, and the personal attention we received was commendable. However, it was a bit disappointing that there were no linen tablecloths, as they would have added a touch of elegance to the room and tables. My only other issue was having to wait 25 minutes for drinks in the lounge. Otherwise, the food was fantastic, and the wine selection was excellent."

"We had an afternoon tea here this week, and it was absolutely perfect! They offer all the British classics, served in an elegant setting by very professional and friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more if you're looking for a lovely afternoon in the heart of London. My favorites were the hearty scones and the rich, dense chocolate mousse cake. There's so much delicious food at a very reasonable price—I can't recommend this place enough!"

"I like this chain of patisseries. they often have a feeling of elegance over them and are usually well-stocked and offer good food and excellent cakes along with delicious drinks. that's not an exception. it was very pleasant to sit and enjoy a break from shopping and have a table service that was quick and pleasant. it was clean when we were there and we had a nice time and will go back."

"We were gifted a voucher for Afternoon Tea here so went along. Sad to say it was a pretty negative experience. We were shown to what must surely be one of the worst tables in the place on arrival then ignored whilst the server socialised with people seated at a nearby table. After a long tedious wait another server took pity on us agreed to our request to move to a better table. We ordered were served the tea. The presentation was poor it was visually untempting. The sandwiches were rough ready but tasted pleasant enough if you were hungry. Once scone each, one plain dull one a fruit one which was so dried up rock hard you could sole your shoe with it. Cutting into it, it just crumbled to dust. There was a strange collection of cakes, all shapes sizes they looked like factory made cakes with a mass produced taste. We were offered regular refills of our hot drinks. The place is unattractive depressing. I saw the price of the tea on the menu can safely say it is grossly overpriced, there is far better on offer for a smaller price at nicer venues locally. I felt bad for the friends who gifted us this. Very poor."

"I recently visited the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was nice and clean, and the food was delicious. It was a bit pricey, but I would definitely go back. Yum!"

"quirky, elegant and cozy terrace series we stopped here after a few hours shopping to enjoy a selection of cake! *It gave a huge (and I my big) choice of cake/berries/berries to choose, and they all saw so professional and beautiful *the mixed fruit tea was not very nice at all. very bland and boring the other two tasty but were very tasty, creamy and pleasant. both very recommended by me. *share size was quite good and also for the money (which was quite considerable £3 4 for each of the above mentioned discs) *the atmosphere is flowering and busy and there were always people there to help and guesses/names of cakes and tasty give overall a large small place to stop by when they take on this wise and fantasy try a selection of different pies offer too"

"In general, it was a fantastic experience. There was some confusion about whether we were supposed to wait to be seated (as the sign indicated) or if we could just go and sit ourselves. We ended up waiting for about 30 minutes for a table while other parties were able to grab empty tables without the staff noticing. However, the restaurant was really busy and it's easy to see why! We ordered the afternoon tea for two, and everything was delicious, especially considering we had a voucher for £25 off."
"The restaurant has a wheelchair accessible entrance, however, the door is heavy. I had to wait for about 10 minutes as they had closed off the top floor for reserved tables. The server was quick to explain the waiting time. The two front of house servers were courteous and friendly, and they sanitized the tables between customers. From my table, I could see behind the counter where a young lady was making drinks and returning milk to the refrigerator. My drink and cake arrived quickly. The carrot cake was filled with nuts and had a delicious, fragrant frosting. The hot chocolate had a strong taste, somewhere between milk and dark chocolate. The temperature was cold outside, but inside it didn't feel too warm."

"Overall afternoon tea at Feya was good. We were greated by a very polite lady who offered us a seat in the ‚bird cage’ area. The food was great, delicious platter of sweets and canapes, large selection. I have ordered a jasmin tea. It was a tea from a bag (not loose leaves which was a bit dissappointing). The tea teasted nothing like the jasmin, more like grass??? Even the water did not change the colour, so I can tell it was a poor quality tea bag. I’ve ordered a latte at an extra cost, which was very good. The waiting time was 55 min, my friend already finished her coffee. Service was slow, I understood we were forgotten for around 30min and people who came after us were served their AFT first. A bit sad as it was my friend’s birthday celebration, which I have mentioned while booking reservation. The toilet was not super clean. Lots of dust on the walls and in nooks and crannies, definitely a room for improvement."

"The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I understand that they may be busy, but the staff are completely disorganized and chaotic. It would have been appreciated to at least receive some acknowledgment from them during my visit."

"I stopped by the restaurant for a coffee and pastry while waiting for the bus. After waiting a few minutes to be seated, I finally got a menu and placed my order. Two young girls came in 10 minutes later, were seated next to me, given menus, and had their orders taken immediately. However, I was still waiting for service. Frustrated, I eventually decided to leave."

"One star is one too many. I got gifted a voucher for afternoon tea for two, so me and my mother chose to go. The previous time we attempted to go to this restaurant, we travelled to this store specifically for the afternoon tea, and...got turned away due to there not being enough staff members. We arrived today and immediately got told we would have to wait a long time for food, even though there were only about tables seated. Our tea and coffee arrived, I got asked if I wanted sugar, I said yes, and it never arrived. In the end I went up and got this myself. After minutes of waiting, our afternoon tea came. There were no labels on any of the menu or food, we didn’t get asked if there were any allergies or what sandwiches we would like. Our scones came with marmalade and butter, with no jam or cream. We had to ask again for this. The staff were very slow, and quite rude at times. The scones were very hard, and the food overall wasn’t very pleasant. My mum also got given dirty cutlery. Whilst being seated, tables from around us actually stood up and left the restaurant, due to this awful service. Whilst being sat, when everyone left there were only tables left, and at this point they actually decided to shut the kitchen. I was very disappointed by the experience we have had, as this was a present gifted to us which we had been looking forward to, it was definately not worth nearly Avoid at all costs."
