"I visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning for an early breakfast. The atmosphere was simple and clean. Unfortunately, none of the staff greeted me when I arrived. I sat down, looked at the menu, and made my choices without any acknowledgment. When I placed my order, a grumpy employee came out from behind the counter, took my menu without a word, and placed it on the seat across from me. I prefer to read menus thoroughly, so I picked it back up. Despite the lack of communication, the food was delicious and the coffee was great. If you don't mind being ignored and are just looking for good food, this place is for you. It's a shame that the service was lacking. Remember, a smile is free."

"I can't say enough of this little caffe. fresh, clean ingredients, mostly made to home, and other ingredients are fresh made for food that everyone would enjoy. that is really a jewel hidden in the city of edinburgh. I'm so glad we walked on this street and landed in this caffe. if they happen to travel or a local in edinburgh, they do one like and visit this little but beautiful caffe. we had sandwiches with fresh bread and tried their homemade mushroom soup. very delicious! oh, and they also have baked and cake, only for the case that they want to dessert. I also had cappuccino and my wife of the elderflower sparkling water and she loved it."

"This restaurant is terrible with unfriendly staff. The food was cold and had a strong burnt oil smell. I didn't even receive a receipt for my order, despite asking for one. The staff overcharged me for the food and claimed that the prices were updated in their system but not reflected on the menu. Strange experience."

"as a family we have ordered a lot from here and eating was nice, last year has gone yammies massiw down, the last time we have ordered that the food has grown up and not been the correct order when we have. this evening the last thing was rough, because our last order was bad, we gave them a last change and yet again it was wrong. we arranged and talked to the manager who, as always, blown up the phone and called us lügner. the kebab himself looked lukewarm and I wouldn't have fed him to my cat. Of course we will never use them again, enough is enough. there are many other kebab sites in portsmouth that are far better, isanbul grill and mehmets to name good service and good food from both. well, you're just not yummy"

"Terrible experience. Restaurant was short staffed and therefore waiting time was nearly 45mins without any communication. What little food we did have however, was very nice, bar the Fusca, which was probably the worst I’d had. Such a shame really. We were offered the dessert menu, 20 minutes after we’d been left waiting for the remaining food. The waiter was pleasant, and I actually felt sorry for him. But nonetheless, our food order had been forgotten, and we had hardly eaten anything. He was clearly under pressure and this is purely down to poor management, and the owners prioritising external events they were catering for on this particular Saturday evening ; the restaurant itself clearly wasn’t of any importance. Had to make a last minute reservation at an alternative restaurant; elderly and disabled mother was struggling and two children with me were tired and starving. Wasted journey."

"I stopped by this restaurant while working nearby, planning to just grab a bacon sandwich. However, after seeing the cozy interior and enticing menu, I opted for a full breakfast instead. "The restaurant experience was overall positive, with the exception of our 4-year-old grandson who requested pancakes but then rejected them because they weren't like his papa's pancakes. "We happened upon this restaurant today and decided to have lunch with our 11-year-old daughter. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic. We especially loved the Turkish bagel and apple tea. Additionally, the cafe had a great selection of baklava, Turkish delights, teas, and more available for purchase to take home. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely make a point to stop by!"

"We had a table outside and had to wait 45 mins for food to arrive while we watched several takeaway orders from just eat come and go. They obviously prioritise online orders over people who cared to visit. They demanded payment up front which I thought was bizarre, but it became clear why. They must have had customers in the past who have refused to pay for the garbage they were served.. When we asked where our food was, they said they were just waiting for the strawberry’s, 5 mins later a member of staff came walking round the corner with strawberry’s from Tesco. The food was clearly microwaved food from Tesco, it was tasteless and bland. I don’t know how they are still in operation. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a genuinely nice breakfast or lunch in Bournemouth."

"Stopped here for a coffee with my husband and cousin, whom we were visiting. The cheese scones were apparently very nice and I was impressed there were gluten free cake options and one gluten and dairy free option, a Bakewell cake, which was delicious. I also purchased an unusual picture, which was made from cut pebbles and cut glass....not something one sees in Kent very often. I'll definitely return in the summer when we're up."

"Keep having lunch there for two weekends, the place is a little small but the food worth a five star review. Tried the 14-tiered lunch box, nice taste, love the beetroot potato mash. The foie gras is the best one I ever had, with shredded radish to remove the heavy oily taste. Wagyu is also great, did not get chance to try the Matcha cake so will plan to come back again some time."
