"Arrived and was given a beeper to wait for a table, no problem went shopping downstairs while we waited. Eventually got a table, order was taken quickly but then the long wait started. We were with our 4 year old who was starving. We’d ordered a kids box for him sandwich, juice, fruit etc and because the food was taking so long we eventually asked if we could have his sandwich out first because he’s only wee and starving. Waitress disappeared came back to tell us that no we couldn’t because it would mess things up in the kitchen all that tells me is it’s just chaos in there never had that request turned down ever. Was told it would still be ages because burgers take a while. Eventually let my son have a cake from the counter so he had SOMETHING in his stomach good thing, the kids box eventually came with only half a sandwich. ! why? Just one piece of bread folded over with a piece of ham and cut in half. My 1 year old eats more than that. Our burgers were so tough and overcooked it was hard and chewy to eat but we were starving. Love a side salad and coleslaw but it had been served up and left sitting so long the coleslaw had a skin on it. All round, unenjoyable and expensive."
