"Arrived at 10.45 on Saturday 20 May for brunch to be told kitchen doesn't open until 11.00. Bought cappuccinos, small, in take away cups with tepid temperature. Took them back and replacements were not much hotter. Cappuccino was weak and tasteless. Friend observed cappuccino steamer being cleaned with a dirty cloth. Returned to counter at 11.15 to see customers in front of me request a tray to take their food and drinks to their table to be told there were no trays available, but they could have paper bags. After and extensive search they were told there were no bags available. Then I ordered our brunch at which the cashier scurry off to the kitchen and returned saying the kitchen wouldn't open until 12.00. Prices geared for wealthy tourists not hard working Brits. Very disappointing won't be back."
