"We had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. However, upon our arrival, we informed the staff that we had reserved The Fork summer set menu, but they seemed unfamiliar with it and had to consult the manager about applying the discount, which was disappointing. The food was enjoyable, but we were disappointed that the Chicken Milanese came alone without any side dishes; only a small salad and overcooked, mushy tomatoes were included. We had to order a side of potatoes separately, which we found to be poor form on Carluccio's part. It is not ideal to have to pay extra for something that should be a part of the main dish."
