Carluccios St Pancras

Didn't know I had booked, unhelpful, did not honour the discount offer so I left without ordering. Avoid.

Service a bit slow considering the restaurant was so quiet. Meal was good and very cheap with the use of a lovely discount voucher!

Staff were polite and helpful. Food was of a good standard. Was a little disappointed we could t sit outside but it was a lovely meal. Would go back.

Unfortunately Carluccio's had a water leak in the kitchen and couldn't serve any food. This was a great disappointment. As we were on a tight timescale we decided to eat next door at Mi Me. This turned out to be expensive. For 1 course and a drink. Would have much preferred to have eaten at Carluccio's.

The food quality and service at this restaurant were excellent. Unfortunately, two of the desserts were unavailable and one person in our group received the wrong main course (not the server's fault, as they confirmed the order with me). The issue was quickly resolved, but it was still a minor inconvenience. View menu

Really convenient location and relaxed atmosphere in St Pancras station. On the upstairs level. Very cool and quiet on the terrace. Ideal place to hang out with family and friends for leisurely drinks and dinner. Friendly service. Much more attractive than a small crowded restaurant on a London street. We'll definitely go there again!

The steak my husband ordered was full of gristle and although cooked reasonably well the majority of it was inedible. I chose Lasagne which was very dry and burnt. I sent this back and got another which was exactly the same. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and understanding and handled the situation very well. We were told later that all food was delivered precooked and frozen then warmed up in a microwave. The only thing that was freshly prepared on site was the salad !! This food does not do the name of Carluccio any justice whatsoever.

We had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. However, upon our arrival, we informed the staff that we had reserved The Fork summer set menu, but they seemed unfamiliar with it and had to consult the manager about applying the discount, which was disappointing. The food was enjoyable, but we were disappointed that the Chicken Milanese came alone without any side dishes; only a small salad and overcooked, mushy tomatoes were included. We had to order a side of potatoes separately, which we found to be poor form on Carluccio's part. It is not ideal to have to pay extra for something that should be a part of the main dish. View menu
