"This restaurant is one of the best places for milkshakes. I absolutely love the milkshakes here, especially the Oreo shake and Ambassador shake which I have tried and loved. The food is also amazing here. Although the service can be a bit slow, I believe that the delicious food is worth the wait. The ambiance is very cozy and comfortable. The prices are reasonable and I frequently visit this place to try out their shakes. If you're a fan of milkshakes, this place is a must-visit."

"I had lunch here at the weekend with 6 members of my family, and 4 of us are vegan. We chose this restaurant because it has “vegan” options. When we asked about the vegan burger and chips, we were told that the chips are cooked in the same oil as meat, so they are not vegan. I found this quite concerning, as I couldn’t trust the menu after that. The manager was very polite about it, and she assured us that the menu would be changed, which I really hope it is. "Ordered at 7 o’clock, came at 8. Order was wrong so called straight away to resolve the issue. Young rude girl first on the phone clearly no interest in helping and was insisting it was my fault for the order being wrong due to a muck up on their system? Told them I was happy to send a screenshot of my order to an email or number as otherwise I was being made out to be a lair over what I ordered? Told to email the manger and I would be resolved right away. Called back at half 8 as still not heard a thing to be on the phone to another guy who had no idea of the matter the same attitude as the first girl. Finally got on the phone to a manger who wasn’t sympathetic in anyway and seemed pretty unbothered by the situation. Then he was trying to end the call saying he’d contact just eat for my refund when I’ve been asking for half an hour to get the pizza I had ordered an hour n a half ago sent out??? Finally was told I’d be sent out my pizza however usually most companies that make mistakes see to them as soon as they can as the customers already waited. However I called back at 9.30, 1 hour from last hearing from them and was rudely told that they have other orders what do I expect ? It’s now past 10pm and I’m still waiting to received my pizza? Even though I was told half an hour ago it already had left the shop!! The rest of the food received also was barely warm and clearly re heat’s. Horrific customer service!!!"

"This is a decent little burger van, and overall, it's a better choice than the Burger King that's just a short walk away. My coworkers and I go there a couple of times a month, and we've always had a good experience. Occasionally, the fries may need a few extra minutes in the fryer, so you might want to ask if they're crispy if you're not in the mood for soggy fries. This usually happens when they have to wait to serve the fries; when they're freshly made, they're perfect."
