"I recently had the misfortune of ordering from the Pizza Hut Delivery Dundee West branch and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the pizza mediocre at best, but the service was atrocious. The old man working there was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He clearly has no understanding of basic customer service and seemed to take pleasure in being hostile towards me. When I called to place my order, he answered the phone with a grumpy yeah? and seemed annoyed that I was even bothering him. He then proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and overcooked, and the toppings were sparse and unappetizing. To top it all off, when I called to complain about the quality of the pizza, the old man was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. He acted as if it was my fault that the pizza was bad and refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation. In short, if you 're looking for a decent pizza and good service, DO NOT order from the Pizza Hut Delivery Dundee West branch. The old man working there is a nightmare to deal with and will only leave you feeling frustrated and disappointed."

"Great western breakfest egg, beans, toast, black pudding, square, poatoe scone, 2 slices bacon, tomato coca cola in a bottle to sit in.. 12.50£ ! Price for That is a criminal. Food wasnt nothing special. Service never ask about anything.. there is a big board on the Wall with menu without prices. You order something But you have no idea how much you will spend money on that. I still dont know how much was breakfest cost But i dont care right now because i never back to this place. On sauchiehall Street there is a same food for half prices. Any big breakfest anywhere is a cost about 6 pounds maximum with a drink."

"I've come back after many years thinking things have changed, but boy was I wrong. I ordered children's steak burger meal and a chicken wrap on its own. After eating at the time it didn't seem bad I quite enjoyed it, on way back home my 3 year old suddenly threw up by the time I got home a few hours later I started getting belly aches I went toilet and had diarrhoea straight after after that I vomited. Before I came here to eat I was absolutely fine .. health and safety need to close this place ASAP. I would not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!"

"My family has been regular customers at Papa J's in Ashford since it first opened. We have always appreciated the fast and reliable delivery, as well as the great online deals and variety of veggie, vegan, and base options. We have found Papa J's to be more to our liking than other national pizza chains. However, in recent weeks, we have noticed a decline in the quality of the pizza. Our last two orders were disappointing - soggy, greasy, and unappetising. The pizza boxes were so greasy that we couldn't even recycle them, and the cheese and toppings kept sliding off. The thin crust was particularly unpleasant, and even after days in the fridge, we couldn't bring ourselves to finish the leftovers because they just weren't very good. The only saving grace was the garlic butter dip. It is with regret that I write this review, but after these experiences, we have decided to explore other options in the takeaway market. We tried a local independent pizzeria and were much more satisfied. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Papa J's."

"My partner, son, and I come to this restaurant regularly and we always enjoy the great value for money food and tasty drinks. They serve high-quality coffee, not instant stuff, and the staff are fantastic. They always make us feel welcome and seem to know our order before we even say anything. They also give a lot of attention to my 2-year-old son, with high-fives, treats, and jokes that he loves. The portions are large and the prices are cheap. The food and drinks come quickly after ordering and everything is really good. We couldn't ask for anything more."

"This place has gone down hill! When I used to come here, nearly weekly in Summer, the food was amazing. When I last came, the food was atrocious! I ordered a large breakfast and the bacon was practically oinking. My partner ordered poached eggs with his breakfast and when he cut into it, the eggwhite was liquid. We are not ones to complain but it was abysmal. I'm not sure what has happened to the old chef, but this one needs a lesson in how to cook basic breakfast foods. I saw that their sign asking for staff has gone, so maybe the new chef needs more training (or better yet, a new profession). However, I cannot faulter the servers. They have always been extremely helpful and happy the coffee's we got are some of the best in Brighton!"

"This restaurant has a strong sense of community and they are introducing a new vegan menu, which the man at the counter showed me over the phone. The food is flavorful and delicious, different from other Indian cuisine I have tried. We ordered Chana samosa (large portion for those who are hungry), papdi chat, vada pav, and samosa misal, and shared everything between the two of us. The total came to around £15 and we were satisfied with the portion size. I highly recommend this place. Please note that seating is limited, but we did not have any issues finding a seat and they also offer takeout."

"We walked in thinking we had made reservations but it seemed the restaurant didn't us down. However, the hostess was very kind and offered us a table near the front door... we didn't mind and were happy we got seated because the restaurant was already packed. For Starters we ordered the pan fried shrimp and the calamari. Oh My! The shrimp were succulent and the calamari were tender and both were very yummy. For our entrees, we ordered the Fish Cakes and the Sword Fish with orange sauce. Both were delicious and the flavors exceeded our expectations. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere but a first class service... absolutely top notch. The prices are fair and affordable for this top quality seafood. This was definitely a dining experience not to be forgotten."
