"This place has gone down hill! When I used to come here, nearly weekly in Summer, the food was amazing. When I last came, the food was atrocious! I ordered a large breakfast and the bacon was practically oinking. My partner ordered poached eggs with his breakfast and when he cut into it, the eggwhite was liquid. We are not ones to complain but it was abysmal. I'm not sure what has happened to the old chef, but this one needs a lesson in how to cook basic breakfast foods. I saw that their sign asking for staff has gone, so maybe the new chef needs more training (or better yet, a new profession). However, I cannot faulter the servers. They have always been extremely helpful and happy the coffee's we got are some of the best in Brighton!"

Amazing breakfast. We had the Irish breakfast hash which they were happy to make adjustments to without hesitation. Great, friendly service and lovely atmosphere. Will be back!

today for the first time immersed in the Billies Café, was immediately greeted by the beautiful astelia, which was incredibly friendly and helpful. her recommendation was on place, the food was nice and filled. the whole vibe was beautiful and I will definitely return.

this place is special. I've been around on the way home and it's always packed. So I decided to drive there. young, I wasn't disappointed. we chose the hatch. I had the building and my friend had the wrong ones, both were amazing, well cooked and filled us for the whole day. the personal was super friendly and my friend had the best mocha she had ever had. I'd say the only point was the table layout, little cranked.
