"We ordered takeout from this restaurant during our visit to Dundee. We arrived half an hour late to pick up our food, but they kindly remade everything fresh for us. We were pleasantly surprised by their exceptional customer service, even though the delay was our fault. We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees, all of which were delicious and made with fresh, quality ingredients."

"very rude owner. did not want to give us the drink that was contained in the kombi. we mentioned the drink and he said they removed the drink from the kombi. I said they should have informed us if we ordered this. it does not say that the drink is no longer contained at all. he gave us a drink rude and asked us never to return to his place again, and we certainly never said again after this experience. then he asked us to return the drink and started screaming. not to mention the pizza had hardly anything to do. it was bland. the garlic bread was not fresh, but was heated only in the microwave/oven."

"AVOID THIS PLACE We went here last night after a couple of drinks as there wasn’t much choice left to grab food. We sat and ate some of the worst food I’ve tasted in Edinburgh, cheap sauces and hugely processed rubbish. We got our cash ready to pay and we’re told that display prices above the counter were wrong and they charged us roughly double those prices. After half eating the food we couldn’t bare we sat for a couple of minutes. From behind the counter he started screaming at us so randomly to get out if we weren’t eating baring in mind we’d just finished our nasty overpriced food. He then started shouting at another quiet man who was sitting on a bench located in front of the glass cabinet because he was to close. Don’t put a seat there if people aren’t allowed to use it!? Feeling very disappointed and violated, we went on our way. Will be reporting to trading standards too as this really affected us last night. God knows how they treat all other customers."

"As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, I was appalled by the treatment I received at this restaurant yesterday, especially considering the importance of food intolerances and allergies in today's society. Despite explicitly noting my intolerance to onions in the delivery instructions, my pizza arrived loaded with onions. We immediately contacted the restaurant within 5 minutes of the driver's departure to express our dissatisfaction. Instead of receiving a refund or a replacement pizza, I was offered a mere £5 discount on my next order. Needless to say, I declined the offer after wasting money on a meal I couldn't eat and waiting over an hour for delivery. When we threatened to leave a negative review, the manager showed a lack of concern and abruptly ended the call. This experience left us extremely disappointed, as it was our first visit to the restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. We will not be returning."
