"I ordered the tofu and rice street food dish and was surprised by the appearance of the tofu. I questioned it and was told it was indeed tofu, so I ate some of it. However, upon further inspection, I was informed that it was actually chicken. I was very frustrated and felt disrespected, especially considering the menu had a variety of vegan options. "Absolutely amazing desserts and setting but awful service. We were a large group and the youngest (8 yr old) didn’t get her dessert with the rest of ours. We had trouble getting staff attention and eventually they started making her’s. She was sitting sad so everyone gave her parts of theirs and she was disappointed. She had got hers after everyone else had finished. The waiter had just laughed and said that it was on the list he had given the kitchen. Not even an apology! Also so slow to take our plates away. "Found it very deceiving, you actually pay for sides even though it is numbered as number 4 and ask you to pick a side, there’s even an arrow to choose for the sides you want. For what you pay, it is not worth it. I have eaten steak throughout UK, never paid for aides separately amd steaks have tasted better and been cheaper as well. The service was good though, can’t fault the waiters. When added all the extras and sides, my bill came to almost £200 for 6 adults. The most i have paid for steak including Angus beef) is £25 with sides. Chips tasted like frozen ones, not made fresh. Disappointing to say the least. You also have to get your veg separately. I don’t know buys a steak just eating beef and sauce. Update: I did email you as suggested by your response on here, but never heard back."

"Our group of six greeted warmly and ushered directly to our table upon arrival. The wait staff was friendly, but professional and prompt with their service. The food was excellent and the seating comfortable. Roof lighting consisted of a number of chandelliers made with multicolored glass that created interesting visual stimulation. I live in the USA, but would return to this restauarnt whenever in London, and would defintely recommend to frineds who plan to visit the souhwest of London."

"Went into store for a family treat the guys behind the counter were really friendly and great with what may be best to order the kids. We waited for our food and when we got home we were shocked by the portions there was barely any meat and the noodles were mashed up and dry barely any sauce.the sides of veggie spring rolls and panko prawns were the only things worth eating. For the price we paid it was disgusting."

"I looked on just eat and noticed there was a new place to try we looked at the menu and i was immediately licking my lips at the selection, i always check tripadvisor to see what other people are saying about a place. well i looked at the reviews and they were all glowing. i then checked with the food standards agency for a rating and low and behold it was a 5, now i started to drool and was hurriedly dialling their number. i was greeted by a friendly voice asking how they could help. I had looked at the menu with my GF and we decided to go with the special plate mixed kebab i was asked which types of salad we would like and we also chose to have rice. we also tried the cheese beef sausage wrap with the selection of salad and sauce and extra mozzarella on both. the delivery did take some time but we were advised they were very busy and we also live a few miles from the shop but we were willing to wait.. And OMG!! it was so worth the wait, we both have never tasted such an amazing kebab it was so fresh and full of flavour, the combination of juicy meat, perfectly cooked rice and a delicious selection of beautifully dressed salad. the cheese beef sausage was also totally amazing so juicy,, i had to call the shop to tell them how amazing the food was and also told them we would be writing a review on tripadvisor so here it is... Do not miss out on something new and different people you will not regret trying German Delights.. 10/10"

"We had to ask 3 times if we could put our food order in and then it took 45 minutes to come which is annoying when trying to get to a gig. The non-gf food was good, and it 's great they have gluten free pints but some issues with the gf menu. They don 't say on the menu but the fries are not gf, only alternative is a side salad which seems a bit mean. My friend ordered a burger and fries from the gf menu. They asked my friend if he was intolerant or coeliac. He is coeliac and was told they can 't serve him the fries because they don 't use a separate frier and they have a duty of care . This should definitely be flagged on the gf menu, or at least offer a better/carbier alternative than salad. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"

"Food was severely lacking in flavour, quality and general appeal. I saw this place online and looked great, although the overall customer service was of a high standard with kind and attentive waiters/waitresses, the food took us off guard. We ordered a rib eye steak (requested as medium rare but arrived extremely well done), 2x bland chicken steaks and a chewy little lamb steak, all with a far from generous helping of garlic sauce. It hurts me to see such a great cut of beef which claims to be marbled, to be disrespected by the way this was cooked. Unfortunately the excessively large cut chips were also poor company to sad looking slabs of meat that lay centrepiece to the dishes. The whole meal was served on a bed of over boiled noodles sticking to a dangerously hot plate, making the steak difficult to cut as it tries to balance itself on gelatinous pile of noodles (I would’ve much preferred they serve me a pot noodle). The overcompensating 2 inch platform of a plate that the meal was served on did no favours to the food, and the “sizzler” element seemed to only be reflected through the excess smoke and noise that went on too long. The side of veggies reminded me of an unseasoned, depressing, microwaved bowl of carrots and peas pulled through a frozen bag straight from a freezer in Iceland. The general taste and execution of this meal was extremely poor, I couldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone, the only saving grace from my experience was the cleanliness of the venues, and politeness of the staff. And as much as it pains me to say, the best part of the meal was the jarritos cola. I cannot express my disappointment enough, as I had hyped myself up all week thinking this meal would be worth the wait, unfortunately I had never been so wrong. 1/10"

"I ordered the vegan lunchtime combo on the Deliveroo app (as I don’t eat meat or dairy) and when it arrived the main part or the meal which was meant to be a vegan teriyaki box was wrong, it had what looked like beef and chicken in it and was definitely the wrong box as it also had pineapple in it. I was unable to eat it and had to throw it away. I tried to ring to see if there was anyway they could refund me or correct this (as I had also had to pay for delivery fees for the driver) but they didn’t pick up. Additionally they don’t have an email address. I am really disappointed and would like a refund."
