"I ordered the vegan lunchtime combo on the Deliveroo app (as I don’t eat meat or dairy) and when it arrived the main part or the meal which was meant to be a vegan teriyaki box was wrong, it had what looked like beef and chicken in it and was definitely the wrong box as it also had pineapple in it. I was unable to eat it and had to throw it away. I tried to ring to see if there was anyway they could refund me or correct this (as I had also had to pay for delivery fees for the driver) but they didn’t pick up. Additionally they don’t have an email address. I am really disappointed and would like a refund."

Ordered on a night shift. Ordered 3 meals and only got two sent. Restaurant refused to refund. Food we did receive was poor.

While eating my combo box I was tasting a strange chemical taste but continued nether less. I’ve suffered appalling stomach cramps 4 hours after eating here and regular visits to the toilet. I shall not eat at this place again,

Been using here for years, can honestly say I'm in love with the hot box, they've changed there sizes recently which I'm not a fan of but the foods consistent and I'm never disappointed. Great location and can get delivery from the other location

I used to visit Wok&Go a lot in the past but on my first visit back after a while I was so disappointed with the quality of food and taste. Not sure what audience they are cooking for but the half bottle of soya sauce in my combo box killed all other flavour and ruined my meal. The other box was the chicken curry but this was again lacking flavour, so poor!

Been going here for years and great food but today was just crazy. Asked for a hot box and the cook made the wrong box twice and had to start again. I asked for no pork which is a simple request, no, start eating my food and yes, pork looking right at me. Went back to the staff and there was an Asian man, yes making Chinese food. Was so so rude, said it was beef not pork. I know what pork looks like and tastes like. This guy was so so rude, like a hood man. Nah man this, nah man that. Don't go here, it's nasty. Terrible customer service. You can't bring hood man attitude to work
