"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We arrived with a reservation for 6 people at 7:30 pm and ordered drinks and food at the bar. However, when we sat down at our table at 9 pm, we had only received our drinks and no food. After inquiring, we were told by the waiter that our order had just gone through, meaning we had waited over an hour for our food. Some of the starters we received were stone cold, including pork ribs that were inedible. When we mentioned this to our waiter, there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation. The main courses were decent, but the evening had already been ruined. We even had to pay for additional drinks before they were served to us. There was no gesture of apology or reduction in price for the terrible starters. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as the staff clearly lack proper customer service skills. They were too preoccupied with menial tasks like folding napkins to realize that customers were waiting for their food, which the kitchen was unaware of."

"I took some nonJewish teachers from my department for an evening meal and they were very impressed although the fish was incredibly expensive the salads and Thai food were much more reasonable and the portions were very generous. The salads were delicious and the restaurant very happy for you to customise your salad to suit preferences. Overall an excellent experience and all would be happy to return"

"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"The Thai food at this pub was surprisingly delicious. Be sure to make a reservation ahead of time as seating is limited. The beef pa nang curry had a great spicy kick and was very tasty. The lunchtime deal of a main and a pint for £11 was a great value. It was a nice change to see an alcohol-free beer on tap. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, a great choice for a lunchtime meal with prices ranging from £10-20 per person."

"I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Bangkok set menu which included a delicious mixed starter, spicy king prawns, stir fry chicken, green curry, and mixed vegetables. The food was tasty, served quickly, and reasonably priced. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend!"

"A few days ago my sister and I decided to eat somewhere different than usual and so we have here: the best decision ever. First, the restaurant is super and the atmosphere is very comfortable. We went there with a baby and they brought their menu and some Crayons to dye it. It was the first time we ate Thai food so we didn’t know where to start, but fortunately they have the “must try” on the menu. WOW! The staff was really friendly and the food was stunning. We really enjoyed our lunch there. I really recommend it."

"I would definitely recommend! This place looked amazing, felt great and music was on point. The waiters were very nice and attentive especially given our big table. I appreciated that they catered to all our requests. Now let's get down to the main point: FOOD. I attached a few snaps FYI. I had Prawn Chilli and Cashew nuts, spring rolls plus a bite of pandan chicken. Let me tell you everything was on point delicious My portion looked small but it was just right For drinks, I had a Mimic mule as I couldn't have alcohol on the day. "I love this place! I was a few times. The first time I came for cocktails that are really nice. They're a bit on the expensive side because they don't have any kind of happy hour sort deal, but to be honest, it's more from a restaurant. You were really nice. Since then, I have always gone to Manchester Confidentials. This means that I had a lot of 50% of what is amazing, especially because the food is perfect. You also have some great vegetarian and vegan options. The coconut was the best rice I've ever had (but it's sweet if you're not in sweet, then it might not be best for you). Staff are friendly, beautiful atmosphere, good prices and GREAT food. Would highly recommend."

"Although it looked good from outside, upon getting inside the experience was just getting worse and worse... Unfortunately the food is not what one could call traditional Thai food (fir example the crispy squeezed was chewy while Pha Thai was super sweet). If one feels like having Thai food, they are going to eat better off trying the food at a restaurant just on the other side of the street. "On arrival I couldn't park in any of the 4 disabled at the front of the restaurant and had to park some distance away. My Dad has severe walking disabilities and has stage 4 cancer and uses a frame to slowly move. You can guess how angry I was to see 3 big 4×4 and a two seater convertible parked in the bays with not one displaying a disabled badge. I complained to reception on entry and they just stated it was down to Middlebrook retail park and not the restaurant. These are bays directly in front of their doors. Surely then they should be Complaining to the retail park in defence of their disabled customers. They also sat him right at the other side of the restaurant when they could see he really, really struggles to walk. No care for the disabled at this place, so certainly won't be visiting again."

"We ordered the vegan prawn crackers (which were just the Native bags which you can buy yourself but I was nicely reassured they were vegan lol). We got the vegan sharing platter for starter which was a stack of deep fried goodness! The sweetcorn fritters we’re delicious! I got the tofu massaman curry with jasmine rice and it was delicious!! I could only eat half after the starter but they gave us takeaway bowls. My husband got the plant based chicken katsu which he said was good but it didn’t really have enough sauce. So not sure he’d get it again. But I’d definitely go again for the Massaman! The decor is awesome, it does feel like you’re in a street food market but you’re indoors, it was also quite hot which added to the authentic feel lol. And the staff were really nice!! Definitely visiting again. Also, the cocktails look awesome!"

"I worship this place absolutely and I would recommend it if they are looking for Thai or Southeast Asian food. first, the decoration is breathtaking and detailed, it really reminds me of a normal street restaurant in the Southeast Asian countries. second, eating was from this world, on which I would recommend the sharing plates and the stick reis dessert most. Finally, the service was extremely professional. the place is, however, clearly short-circuited, although there were few employees there. it can be fairly crowded in the evening, so expect a slower service."

"The best meal at an advanced age. We ordered a pinto pad thai, Thai green curry, and a beef and basil dish (can't remember the exact names) all served with jasmine rice. Each dish was undeniably delicious with deep aromas and flavors. However, we were a bit on the fence about the desserts - banana fritters, mango cheesecake with coconut ice cream - they weren't quite to our taste. We will definitely return to try more of the main menu options."

"If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I ordered at 6:45pm and they told me food would arrive by 8pm (which is already a very long time). When the food did come, only 3 items out of 7 were there and those 3 items were cold! I rang this place and told them the situation and they were extremely rude to me. After a while they agreed to send the missing items but it is now 2 hours later and nothing has come! I have tried to ring them for the last hour and it always says User Busy! They have stolen my money and done it with no shame! Do not order or eat from here"
