"My family and I had a wonderful meal at Red Torch Ginger last weekend. The staff was very nice and attentive, and the food was delicious and close to real Thai cuisine. We ordered many times take out from them, but the restaurant offers a bigger variety of meals when you dine in. We enjoyed the crispy duck and the pad thai noodles. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful, and the portions were generous. We also liked the cozy atmosphere of the place, and the prices were reasonable. Red Torch Ginger is one of the best restaurants in Maynooth."

Really nice Thai restaurant. Met some friends and we had dinner. Everything was eaten and while we were concerned about being placed outside, it was so well covered and heated you wouldn't know you were outside. They did add drinks to our receipt by mistake. It was quickly fixed but double check before paying. I don't doubt it was an honest mistake. Would recommend and will visit again myself.

Absolutely fantastic experience, aromatic duck pancakes followed by garlic and pepper beef all accompanied with bottle of chenin blanc. Came on 3 day trip to Ireland and it was really a highlight of a trip! Special thanks to Luka who served us, attention to detail on service and professional aproach but all blended with lots of laugh and jokes along the way. Legend! Will be visiting again next time.
