"At the No. 4 for a conference. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. In fact, good enough that given a choice it might sway my venue selection in future. The setting across several floors allows attendees to stretch their legs between working sessions. The rooms vary in size and offer a range of options for different sized groups and a range of session types from networking to lectures and working meetings."

"The food was ok; we were a little disappointed as we had previously eaten in your Chelsea restaurant and I was raving about the chicken moussakhan. Three of us wanted the dish on our visit to Manchester, but unfortunately it wasn't available that night. Otherwise the food was ok. It was the service that was really poor. We asked for extra flatbreads and despite being quiet they took a long time to arrive perhaps 20 minutes, we had to ask 3 times for them. Customer service was poor we weren't asked once if we had had a good meal. It was rather disappointing really as it was a birthday treat for 3 of our guests, which I had stated in the booking. Unlike some restaurants no mention of our birthdays were made"

"absolutely nothing wrong with eating delicious. but we went to the mother's lunch. was almost the first at the place. first the service was ok, then the starters were left almost an hour after completion on the table. the children's main courses came 20mins or so into the waiting period. not only had to clear the plates, but also find out where our nets had to be. my wife was so excited that she had canceled her, so there was a certain unavoidability that she showed up. to be fair, the shnormous mgr removed the meal of my wife from the bill, which was estimated and she took the meal free to house instead of throwing it. it's a shame because eating was really delicious, it's just the service element that needs to be seriously repaired, and it shouldn't be that hard. the fingers crossed."

"19/09/22 ordered food, delivery was over 2hrs late after many phone calls and being palmed off many times by the rude operators. I finally got my order. Unfortunately on this occasion was very poor quality and the call handlers were rude and dismissive. I requested to have a replacement meal but request was denied. I asked the driver why it was so late and he just shrugged his shoulders then left. I have ordered many times through gourmet peri peri Exeter many times before and usually great service. But this has massively changed my opinion on the company. Now will not be using again sadly."

"I have walked past this place a few times and always smells amazing. I decided a few weeks ago to try it and it was delicious. The girl at the counter explained what everything was and also gave me a recommendation and i decided to have the mixed meat shawarma loaded box with chips, lettuce, carrot along with a mint sauce and tomato. I asked to have the sauces seperate incase i didnt like the sauces on top. I took this as a takeout and a gentleman came running up the road saying he gave us the wrong sauces and put 2 new ones in my bag that id asked for and apologised. Honestly the customer service was fantastic and the food was so nice that i have been back since."

"I have never been so disappointed in the quality of food in zouk lounge this week with the reviews about this place on travel adviser!!! I felt as if they had reheated the meat and put it on a rice with rice and. it brought to us! I will never go back to the Zouk lounge! the staff that served us a beautiful Romanian girl was very sweet and it is a shame that we are not able to experience her service as we refuse to enter this place again."

"Yalla Yalla is the cutest little Lebanese restaurant in the Soho district in Central London. A hole in the wall size restaurant, which can just about seat 10 people, but serving real awesome, authentic Lebanese food in a simple and cute presentation. The staff at this place is particularly sweet and friendly. Really feels like you are sitting in a Lebanese friend’s kitchen and having a meal cooked by his/her, mom. They have a concise menu with ample vegetarian options, which is great. Everything on their menu tastes great and you can feel the freshness. They are fairly priced for the quality of the food offered. Would definitely recommend this little eatery if all you looking for is great food and an authentic experience without a fuss of fancy ambience, etc."

"The staff were all extremely pleasant and attentive without being too intrusive. Due to the restaurant being fairly empty, we had multiple members of staff with which to deal, though this just ensured speedy service rather than errors being made. Whilst the menu choice was not the best, there were a sufficient number and type of dishes from which to choose, so that everyone in the group (4 of us) was happy with the options. The tapas portions were large enough that we all had a decent taste of each, and apart from the traditional Pide (which received no likes) the consensus was that the food was tasty All in all we had a very enjoyable meal, which, with a cocktail each and two bottles of wine came to a very reasonable £225 (with service charge) ."

"Such a beautiful building. We visited on a Monday evening and it was fairly quiet. The food was lovely, couldn’t fault it and I only wish we lived in the area as I would definitely visit again"

"Everything was just not up to standard.. They were sold out in there to special breads when we came. We waited for too long both with drinks and mains. for drinks (we got our starters before they came, and there were two bartenders in the bar not doing anything else than talking to each other) and about for mains. We got some pita bread in compensation. And we didnât like out of three dips to it. Our waitress were so arrogant and didnât even explained the concept or asked about if we liked the food. Besides that there were so many different waitresses there came to our table and they didnât talked together because they asked us the same questions. All in all not value for money a bad experience and we wouldnât come back."

"Went for dinner and great food and service. Lovely ambience and comfortable. Fabulous location just off Oxford Street and reasonable prices. Would be good if flatbread offered instead of the more thicker bread which was nice. Not so keen on a 'voluntary ' contribution of £1 for Turkey Syria food relief added on to bill and then included in the 12.5% service fee. Charitable donations should not be forced upon diners this way."

"Food was good, service was efficient. The restaurant offered 30% discount, so this made it affordable, otherwise, it is quite pricey compared to similar restaurants in nearby edgware road. Its was a bit distracting around 830 pm when they start to shut down the restaurant, moving tables, etc, so that you can no longer have a conversation due to the noise. perhaps this only happens on Monday night?"

"Unfortunately, this 1-star review is based on the fact that we didn't actually get to try the food. Booked online for lunch time and received confirmation email. Turned up a bit before booking time but after restaurant was supposed to be open. It wasn't. Door was closed and locked (there was a confused looking delivery driver waiting outside too who eventually gave up and left). While waiting, several apparent staff members turned up and had to bang on a side door to be let in, all pointedly not acknowledging our presence waiting outside the main door. Booking time arrived. Still closed and locked (and looking through window they didn't look like they were close to opening). Tried knocking. No answer. Tried phoning. No answer. Not even to apologise for running late. Booking time came and went. We gave up and left. If the website allows a time to be booked, and I book a specific time then I expect the restaurant to BE OPEN AND READY BY THAT TIME. And since this cost a long train ride into London, its not something I will risk again."

"For months, I was hearing from friends about a sister restaurant of Beirut Express on Brompton (one of my regular favorites . Finally, on 05JUL19, three of my compatriots and I wended our way up to High Street from our hotel and were so pleased to find this wonderful space with the same delicious food and service.Over the last couple of years, I have had their shwarma, kabobs, hummus, olives, and a number of other items from the menu. (Treat yourself to a side order of their French fries! My favorite by far is #55 Farrouj Meshwi or Boneless Baby Chicken. Always flavorful and succulent, I’ve never found it like this anywhere else in the world! The highlight of our visit was our server, Christian. He was attentive, friendly, and generous, with a warm, wonderful smile. I’m in London once every month and this will be my go-to place."

"This restaurant was conveniently located right next to our hotel, making it a convenient choice for our last night in London. Our evening exceeded my expectations thanks to a recommendation to visit this cozy English pub around the corner. We enjoyed mixed green salads, small tapas-style lamb skewers, fresh bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. I paired my meal with a pale ale and finished with an Espresso Martini. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server, Jagoda (which means blueberries!), was delightful. The prices were reasonable and the tables even had real candelabras. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend stopping by."

"This fantastic little restaurant is hidden in a shopping center. The cakes are freshly imported from a large wood stove in Italy, so they are both delicious and affordable. There are plenty of options on the menu that I have never seen in Scotland. The owners and staff are friendly and chatty. We tried a variety of cakes and sides, all of which were delicious. The highlights were the olive cake and baba ghanoush. I highly recommend this place."

"I would give only 4 stars because young, the toilet was not clean. hand wash liquid was completed. the roll of the toilet was finished and the plastikfelge was not good to see before I started my meal which was good, I would be honest, portion size was satisfying and the prices were good and affordable. sitzordnung was also modern, but again, to repair this one thing that people out."

"The owners of the restaurant were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had made a reservation, but there was plenty of space available. We decided to try the set menu since we had never tried Lebanese food before. The food was average, but we felt it was overpriced for what we received. I was most excited to try the meat dishes, which were not particularly outstanding, especially considering the cost. It's possible that I simply do not have a taste for Lebanese cuisine. Overall, it is still a lovely place and worth a visit."

"eating was really good, but the main purpose of this review is to talk about the service. I ordered a Mediterranean salad and wrote a note about how I had a hard day and how I would appreciate it if they could add something extra halloumi. I got the extra halloumi in the did, but I also got the sweetest note that wished me to feel better soon. there was no name under the notiz, but I have to say that my day really did more than that could ever eat: so thank you."
