"The restaurant is rather small but it didn’t lack atmosphere. The service wasn’t the best unfortunately. When we turned up we were only offered the food menu and had to ask for the drinks and wine line list. This led to us being presented with cocktails with our first course of food which for us, wasn’t a good combination. The Gourmand menu was nice, simple food but we felt as though it could have been improved with a few more dishes. Each course didn’t disappoint. The courses come out very quickly so we had to ask to slow them down half way through to avoid finishing the 6 courses in an hour or so. That said, the food was superb and didn’t disappoint."
