Fettuccine served in a creamy Alfredo sauce with rich Parmesan and a hint of garlic, topped with fresh herbs.

"I normally pop into Pieros twice a year or so whenever down in Cornwall. Yesterday was the total opposite of my previous experiences. Maybe it was because it's still early June. We entered and there was only a two tables of customers The waiter was a sullen elderly chap who we had waited on us before. He freaked of body odour which was off putting and seemed to be the only person serving at first. The table was sticky with grease. What annoyed me the most was the we ordered and then three other tables came in, ordering copious amount of food; yet our mains seemed to take forever. We ordered chips- they took me back to being at school- totally devoid of any flavour. Pasta was just okay."

"If you love having a local cafe to frequent, maybe so much it starts to feel like a second living room, then Labi is your place. After spending some time in a city, I always manage to find a favorite spot to grab a coffee and meet friends or do some work. Labi has definitely become that spot for my latest location in West London. I've consistently found myself walking far past the well-known coffee chains to find a seat in this quirky little cafe and deli. Mismatched antique style tables, chairs, and sofas invite you to sit down and stay awhile. The music selection is always interesting, but whether it's Norah Jones or the Pulp Fiction soundtrack it always seems to feel right. The staff is exceptionally friendly and largely international, happy to give great recommendations or make cheerful small talk while you wait for your coffee. The food is all organic and made fresh daily including salads, sandwiches, and lasagnas. They also have a breakfast and lunch menu for a more restaurant-style dining experience. Brownies, cookies, tarts, cakes, pies, and various patisseries are well presented and practically irresistible (and I usually don't resist! . Labi uses a nice espresso of high quality to create delicious coffee beverages, but the chai tea latte is one of the best I've had and has become my regular choice. There is also a wide selection of tea leaves to choose from to brew by the pot or cup. It is the fusion of a casual cafe setting with the option for more traditional restaurant dining that makes Labi so unique. You can sit down with a coffee while doing some work for a couple hours, or stop by for a fun lunch with friends and feel entirely at place doing both. Anything goes, and, whatever it is, it goes well!"

"I visited this restaurant while traveling and was let down by the food quality and prices. I ordered the veal picatta, which was tender but had too much egg wash/flour coating and did not come with angel hair as I had requested. My daughter ordered ravioli with marsala sauce, which was just average. The bill came out to $74 for two guests, which is quite expensive considering the lack of atmosphere and quality at this establishment."

"I came here with a group of friends. The server we had did not really understand what I was trying to ask about the food before ordering which made it difficult to communicate. The menus outside is different for the halal menu to what was inside so I couldn’t even get the meal I wanted to have when sat down looking at the actual menus (also with altered prices to outside the restarting). I just had to resort to going for the veg meal offered since the waitress couldn’t really get what I was asking. I ordered the stir fried green beans for 15 pounds. The order came and was just a plate of green beans… FOR FIFTEEN POUNDS. I was just shocked and had to resort to sharing some of my friends’ food. I also tried to ask the waitress about the noodles and if they could alter the ingredients and she didn’t know what I was saying. They should not be leaving a false impression of a stir fry for fifteen pounds and rob me of a meal. Bearing in mind a plate of green beans was the most expensive thing we got compared to full bowls of noodles. Absolutely ridiculous will not come here again and I don’t recommend."

"that eating was delicious, the prices are reasonable and outright is amazing. I couldn't ask for more. I have the set menu that was £25 for a three cure meal and that included a glass prosecco or virgin cocktail. for the starter I had the teig calamari, whitebait and courgette. the courgette was particularly good. for the main I had the seabrahm and brokkoli, which tasted so good! and the dessert I had the creamy orange cream browl that was really good again. the only thing I didn't like was the virgin cocktail because he had a pretty strong taste of tonic water. the restaurant is located near the tower bridge and depending on where they sit, they can see it illuminated at night. there are also seats outside, which I would imagine really nice in summer."

"The restaurant is a non fancy, wooden table affair which is absolutely fine. We had a very cosy table at the back of the restaurant. Wonderful. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. So why only 3 stars? We were shown a board displaying all of the wines and a very knowledgable member of staff asked what we might like and explained very expertly what options might suit, guiding us to his first suggestion at a cost of £90...yes £90!!!!. Bearing in mind this is not a fine dining restaurant I was astounded. But dont worry, the cheapest bottle of red was a mere £45. Again , what the hell is going on here?? Coupled with this, my husband had a large bottle of beer (shared) at a snip at £36. WHAT? A glass of dessert wine a mere £16!! I appreciate costs have risen dramatically lately but this was beyond belief . The food was small and large plates such as braised beetroot or mozzerella with lentils around £14. Large plates eg Red wine risotto £20 or chicken with mushrooms £27. All the dishes were nice and not too expensive in comparison with other restaurants. So yes, for me the absolutely extortionate alcohol pricing means I would definitely not return. Such a shame. If you dont drink alcohol I would say give it a go."
