"The Folk should not be called a restaurant, its more of a huge conference room. The space is vast and open and does not lend well to dining. No atmosphere at all. Staff were OK. For a 4 start hotel and the price of the meal, I was expecting good quality (how wrong was I! . I have eaten better at Harvester! It was as if caterers had brought the food to the venue. Most mediocre pubs do a better job. We were served mouldy grapes and packet biscuits. I would not recommend wasting your money, you'd be better off eating in their bar area."
