"Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not on their books. After ordering a bottle of wine, we were informed that they were out of stock. However, a bottle of the requested wine eventually arrived 10 minutes later. Our appetizers took nearly an hour to arrive after multiple complaints, and when they did, they were not hot. The main course took almost 2 hours to arrive, and despite multiple complaints, the only silver lining was that it was served hot. Unfortunately, the rice was dried out. We were seated next to a group of noisy teenagers from a summer school program, which was disruptive to our dining experience. I do not blame the teenagers, but rather the restaurant for not seating them in a separate room. Overall, this was the worst dining experience we have had in a long time. The waitress worked hard, and I do not hold her responsible for the issues we encountered. It was not the ideal way to celebrate our child's special day."
