"Was really looking forward to having dinner here as my partner and I have always said that when we are next in Ipswich this is a must as it was his 70th birthday we decided to have a few days in Ipswich and of course made a reservation, however, it turned out to be a big disappointment although my starter was lovely it was the best part of the entire meal for me, my partner said his starter of sesame and soy glazed scallops was bland with no real taste, for my main course I chose the Jackfruit with bao bun the bao bun was inedible but the rest of the meal was ok, my partner had the Beef Wellington which he asked for medium rare came to the table rare and he said the dinner was very salty, we both had the Cognac ice cream for dessert which was ok. The restaurant was very busy and no one came to check if we were happy with our meal so we had to wait until the waitress came to collect the plates and when she asked if we had enjoyed the meal we told her of our disappointment with the food which she was very apologetic about, all in all it was a very disappointing birthday celebration meal"
