Artigiano - Menu

A friend and I had a birthday meal at this lovely restaurant. The food was excellent as was the service. Will be returning.

We just love this Italian. The food is top notch, staff are friendly and it has a good atmosphere, especially on a Friday night.

It seems that this restaurant has closed suddenly since last week. The furniture has been removed. I spoke to a local who mentioned that many businesses on Belsize Terrace are struggling due to the high rents.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the service can be a bit brusque at times, with old customers being treated like strangers. However, if you can overlook the occasional rudeness, the food is often superb.

We went totally by chance on a our first night of a short break in London. Didn’t know what to expect, but were very pleasantly surprised when the food arrived! Tried the crab risotto, veal with asparagus and a pasta dish. All were excellent! Will try to go again if in the area. View menu

I was expecting much better after I read the reviews. The starter was bland as was the main course. The staff are disorganised and kept dropping things. The service was rushed. Maybe if this is your local you quite like to eat here, I must say I have had better a home. Shame really it didn’t live up to expectations.

I came here on Thursday night while visiting London, I asked for the gold, which was exceptional with an excellent combination of flavors and presentation. The level of food was matched and a very high level of service, especially by the manager, who was able to offer an excellent combination of food wine when I asked for a recommendation. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope to eat here again. Also coffee is great!

Three of us treated a friend for her birthday dinner here: we all opted for the menu and the food was excellent...however one of our party wanted just a main and a desert off the 2 course menu... well her main, lamb shank, which was identical to ours cost more than our 2 course menu, and all our deserts were charged at full a la carte price even though we'd all had the menus: we were told that those deserts were not on the menu selection- however we were never offered the option to choose from the menu selection.
