"The waitstaff clearly seemed overwhelmed, despite only having 15 customers, as the service was extremely slow. It took 20 minutes just to get a drink, and over an hour for our meals to arrive. I even cooked my own meal, which I found puzzling. While the concept of cooking at the table is appealing, it can get quite smoky, and our clothes ended up smelling afterward, so I wouldn't recommend dining before meeting guests. When we visited at night, the atmosphere felt oddly unwelcoming, as if no one bothered to turn on the heating. It was minus 2 degrees outside, and with so few people in the restaurant, it's surprising they didn’t consider that their guests might be cold. Everyone around us seemed to feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied, which really detracted from the overall experience."
