"Around 3:45 today I went into this fish chip shop(my second ever visit). Had planned to buy a fish supper. I was the only customer in the shop at this time. I had noticed one female employee outside smoking, and there was one male staff member behind the counter(biggish lad, tanned skin, bald) who seemed fixated on his mobile phone. After being stood there for almost a minute without so much as an acknowledgement from him, I purposely did a small cough, assuming this might raise his attention? Sadly it didn't and even with the internal access door through to the market slamming in the wind..our friend's concentration on his phone did not waver. So after being ignored for almost 2 minutes, I assumed my business was not required from this establishment, so exited. After leaving I politely mentioned my dissatisfaction to the middle aged female who was still outside smoking, but sadly her attitude left a lot to be desired..she simple couldn't care less!! My previous visit to this same place around a month previous, I'd found the food prices good, but the staff noticeably mediocre..now it all makes sense."

"matt b’s eltern live near and on our last trip we went to the marino fish bar for Friday night. I have small fish and chips, with salt and vinegar. the little one was really enormous. they also have crushed sausages, sausages, fishcakes. we were in and out with a fairly large order for 6 people in about 10 minutes. her fish tastes really fresh, like the chips, not so tender at all. I would check this place next time in canterbury."

"Really poor quality of customer service as ordered food which too over the estimated time, I had to.call back to see what was going on with the food order as it was reaching closing time...the delivery driver made a huge mistake by trying to serve me a milkshake which was knocked over and then asked do we still want the drink when it was HALF empty! Then the delivery driver had issues counting as he couldn't count the money that was given and he wasn't friendly either which lead to bad attitude!! After 15mins of sorting the money out and my food being cold he went and to receive a call from the shop giving a whole load of verbal and threatening behaviour saying we gave the driver hassle and was rude when the driver doesn't know how to hold a reasonable conversation without being so rude! Who ever was on the phone then went on to be abusive and then racist saying the N word more than once! The tone and the excitement that came out from the caller who called up given abuse is shocking and calling people mother's as well. This will be taken further!!"

"I love the experience. High-end gourmet food and loved the fact that it was all vegan! the presentation was spectacular. I still dream of the truffle pasta and the wee was very good. service was quiet but good. To be honest, I would have loved to be a smaller meal, as I would not have done justice to the last courses. it was just too much to eat. in everything they had 10-11 courses! my only annoyance was the waitress that gave me the menu when I asked for the wine card. Come on, it's the 21st century and I paid for the meal!"

"We placed an order tonight and realized that three ice cream were missing, which were replaced with two small slices of chocolate cake. Additionally, a super large cheese and tomato pizza with cheese stuffed crust was missing. We called the restaurant to inform them that we had paid for two ice cream and the missing pizza, but they did not want to listen to our explanation. Our order totaled nearly £40, and we were very disappointed that they did not offer a refund or delivery of the missing items. We were unhappy with their attitude towards resolving the issue. "I came into the lovely one right on Fulham road. Dare I say, the English breakfast tea at Nero’s is the best I’ve ever tasted, strong but not bitter, zesty but not sourish (completely succumbs other “luxury brands” like tea pigs and Twinings . The lady serving me poured a bit too much milk so I kindly asked her to make me another one with the consequence of having to pay for another one as I reached for my card. However, she did not stop for a moment, nor did she ask me to pay and swiftly made another one within seconds. Not only that but she poured me a generous amount of milk in a nespresso like cup for me to pour. I was impressed, full stop. Efficient, polite and professional. Wonderful. I had just come from an intensive study session from rival company Pret so was not my usual sharp self and proceeded to take out the teabag at the counter (where I would usually go to the small side one that accommodates milk, sugar, etc. . This lovely lady brought out a plate (that the eat in people have the luxury of and allowed me to place the teabag on it once I was done. It’s such a shame that I cannot remember her name to thank her individually. Anyhow, hopefully from this review, this particular branch can get full recognition and credit for their super staff and the services they provide."

"Ordered food from here not long ago my pizza was stale and FREEZING!! My partners kebab was pale and undercooked and also FREEZING, food was over an hour late, the delivery driver refused to come to my door to drop it off for me so my partner had to go out and collect it from the car park down the road, to top it off I spent £25.50 asked for a refund for undercooked and cold food and the cheeky soda only refunded me £7!! By far the worst place I have ever ordered food from, the place needs shutting down!"

"Ordered from these couple of days ago and spent quite a lot only to receive an order which was cold, chips must have been re heated from the night before and had just been sat there all day were all hard , the pitta on the kebab was so stale it was crumbling when I tried to pick it up , bap was the same so stale how they had the cheek to send out on order is unbelievable , the fish was soggy , we ended up binning the whole lot , a complete waste of money and abs disgusting this place should be closed down !! I would never ever order again !"
