"Really poor quality of customer service as ordered food which too over the estimated time, I had to.call back to see what was going on with the food order as it was reaching closing time...the delivery driver made a huge mistake by trying to serve me a milkshake which was knocked over and then asked do we still want the drink when it was HALF empty! Then the delivery driver had issues counting as he couldn't count the money that was given and he wasn't friendly either which lead to bad attitude!! After 15mins of sorting the money out and my food being cold he went and to receive a call from the shop giving a whole load of verbal and threatening behaviour saying we gave the driver hassle and was rude when the driver doesn't know how to hold a reasonable conversation without being so rude! Who ever was on the phone then went on to be abusive and then racist saying the N word more than once! The tone and the excitement that came out from the caller who called up given abuse is shocking and calling people mother's as well. This will be taken further!!"

The food was excellent! It arrived even earlier than the time estimated by JustEat. Everything was hot and fresh. I did find one of the chicken wings had been reheated, but it was still very tasty!

During my initial visit, I found the food to be better than what Dixy offers down the street. However, on subsequent visits, I experienced some hits and misses, particularly with the chicken, which can be quite dry at times. The inconsistency has been really disappointing.

Prices are hard to find should make life bit easy prices should be by the goods and not up where some customers can't see clothes should be on the rack and not in the bins looks like a fish market the items look like second hand not just Foleshill Road it's in all ur stores even in Birmingham View menu

I usually order from this shop and they are usually great but i have just ordered food and one of the items was a mega fillet burger with mayo and lettuce and it came with bbq sauce instead of mayo and my boyfriend is allergic to bbq sauce im appauled that this has happened and that i paid for something i didnt want.

I ordered by delivery and I think they didn't try to return the refund for me because I didn't get the food and they told me that they will do it after the end of the call. But what I had to do was always in contact with the van and the food and now I have to wait for the refund. To be honest, that money is not so much for me, but as they are so rude, I will do my best to get it back. Besides, there was one time I ordered milkshake from them and the driver told me that they didn't have it and he gave me the money of 1 pound, so I thought that was the price of him, but the actual price is 3.50 I wouldn't ask. I think it was a mistake, but now I don't believe it

So we order from our work place on a regular basis but tonight that stopped. We ordered as we always do food normally takes about 2 hours on a good day tonight we experienced the real foodies normally the food it good' cold sometimes but its still edible. When the driver arrived LATE and passed over the food and drinks he said he dropped my aero milkshake and it was all in the bag. He then asked if i would still like it i then replied no thanks it looks like youve ran over it as a joke.
