"First time I've used B&B's, and I've not been disappointed. I decided to swing by on my way to work, to have a Burrito for my lunch, at work (over in Portsmouth) The Burrito I had was the chicken fajita. It was RAMMED full of food, and well packed. It had been double wrapped too, ready for an extended journey! When I got to finally eat it 2 hours later it was still lovely and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend this place. The property itself is very clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. Great value and all ingredients are very clearly fresh. I'll be visiting again, and likely to make it a Friday lunch treat when this period of my shift comes around again!"

"Went to place and order online but the website is very limited. Wouldn't not let me add a sauce to my kebab that sort of thing so I called instead. only to be told they don't deliver to my postcode. I said that's fine but...just to let you know when I enter my postcode on the website, it accepts it and lets me order. He basically said I was lying and he had worked there for 3 years and that it doesn't. Well I went all the way through tp payment stage and it definitely does but not even going to waste my money there after being spoken to like that. My advice go somewhere where they value customer service"

"Visited on a Tuesday evening. The food was beyond dry like it was left overs from the weekend.For starters we had burnt end. They were more like lumps of charcoal. I get there burnt end these were incinerated.For mains we had the brisket, again really really dry. It was a struggle to eat it. The chips were the only nice part.No one checked on us while eating. Then when paying the bill when asked how it was we say it was ok ish no follow up to this by staff member. Couldn't be bothered to argue as my partner and I were beyond disappointed. We just wanted to get home as we had travelled to visit on glowing reviews. Will not be revisiting any time in the future."

"Really poor quality of customer service as ordered food which too over the estimated time, I had to.call back to see what was going on with the food order as it was reaching closing time...the delivery driver made a huge mistake by trying to serve me a milkshake which was knocked over and then asked do we still want the drink when it was HALF empty! Then the delivery driver had issues counting as he couldn't count the money that was given and he wasn't friendly either which lead to bad attitude!! After 15mins of sorting the money out and my food being cold he went and to receive a call from the shop giving a whole load of verbal and threatening behaviour saying we gave the driver hassle and was rude when the driver doesn't know how to hold a reasonable conversation without being so rude! Who ever was on the phone then went on to be abusive and then racist saying the N word more than once! The tone and the excitement that came out from the caller who called up given abuse is shocking and calling people mother's as well. This will be taken further!!"

"THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP TO A TGI FRIDAY RESTAURANT. I WAS SHOCKED AT THE OVERPRICED MEALS ON THEIR MENU. THE QUALITY OF THE MEALS WAS POOR, I WOULD SAY TO MAXIMISE PROFIT. MEALS NO BETTER THAN MCDONALD'S BUT COSTING MORE THAN TWICE AS MUCH. QUANTITY IS ALSO SKIMPY ESPECIALLY FRENCH FRIES. I WAS SO ANGRY AT HAVING TO PAY £106 POUNDS FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR ADULTS AND A TWO YEAR OLD BABY AND WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE DRINKS OR DESERTS. I WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED AND WALKED OUT WHEN I SAW WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR BUT FELT CONSTRAINED BY THE FAMILY. "It was as if the owner googled Mexican stereotypes and decided to place it as a tex mex place. Sombreros everywhere, the mascots on the kids meals dressed in stereotypes. It’s pretty offensive. The kids meal says ‘learn Mexican’ as if Mexican is a language? That’s news to me. Also tex mex food shouldn’t be this dry. The soft shell taco was hard. A SOFT SHELL FLOUR TACO the Mexican rice was rice but not Tex Mex at all. Service was slow like super slow and I can’t begin to understand why. Also jambalaya isn’t Tex Mex. I can excuse bad food but not the blatant disregard for culture."

"We enjoyed a delicious pizza made by Mr. Mussa at this restaurant. We ordered a 16-inch pizza with half Chicken Valley special and half Meat lovers, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite. The fried chicken and chips were also tasty. The prices were reasonable for the area, and we even received a 10% discount.
