"khanage is a hidden gem hidden at the end of the northern line true lahori eating served in a really funny environment. the ambiente agreed to the quality of eating, delicious nihari (laminschus) served with kulcha naan, lamb pasande (filled lamb slices) served with tandoori roti both favourite dishes were just so delicious and the meat melted in our mouth. the seasoned were just really not mouth-burning, so they enjoyed all the different seasoned. the waiters were attentive and made sure that we were well looked around we will go back and forth"

"Since we last visited some years ago the Everest has made a real effort with their décor including a new beer garden out front. Lighting inside is decorative and colourful but overall ambience is a little too bright maybe? Our food was very disappointing, we ordered Everest Special Mismas and Mixed Grill Masala as mains. Both were higher priced dishes that were supposed to include prawns but there were none in either dish. The Mismas didn 't look anything like the menu photo but in fairness they do state Photos are for suggestion only: Actual Platters may appear DIFFERENT . The Masala grill was described as medium sauce but our dish was very mild with no trace of chilli heat. The stuffed paratha was undercooked and greasy. Pilau rice and vegetable bhuna side however were both very good. Kingfisher and Cobra are served on draft but both were charged 30p a pint more than the printed menu price it 's gone up was the explanation. Prices overall are fair but I was hoping for authentic tasty food that at least lived up to the menu descriptions."

"My friend, who is a consultant doctor, and I decided to visit this restaurant based on the outstanding reviews we had read in the past two weeks. However, our experience was quite different from what we had expected. The car park was free and spacious, but the toilets were not well-maintained and the waiter was not very helpful in guiding us to them. The dining area was lovely, but the music was too loud. The service was unprofessional and lacked precision, with a few errors in our order. The food was okay, with some dishes being overcooked and the portion sizes varying. Overall, for the price we paid, the poor service and mixed food quality, I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant."

"I 'm a lover of hot curries..and I mean really,really hot curries: A Vindaloo is mild to my palate,so I thought I 'd go one step up and order a Chicken Phall from City Spice. I 'm glad to say it didn 't disappoint. The Chicken was perfectly cooked;fibrous,generous,great texture and not at all like that rubbery,watery injected stuff. (as is customary in so many Indian restaurants these days).The sauce was to die for and had the perfect pureed consistency...cooked and roasted to perfection...Thank you Chef,you have a great palate.. The meal had the taste of a true 'BIR ' (British Indian Restaurant) in the same way I remember it from the 80 's, when we used to stagger home drunk and stop at the nearest Indian restaurant on the way home. The portions are very generous too.Don 't hesitate to order from City Spice. I find that the true benchmark for any Indian restaurant/takeaway is how well they cook their hot curries...If the really hot curries are good the rest of the menu will be outstanding. I 'll definitely be a regular customer here!"

"We went here with a Groupon voucher. But upon arrival there was a 4 course deal for a extra £7.00 for the 2 of us. So we went ahead with that. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I am very fussy about my food but was very happy with it all . Would deffo go again. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the card machine didn't work so found ourselves scrapping around for cash . Maybe a notice might of been a idea. "Went for a work night out and Bombay Spice did not disappoint! They called a couple of hours before the reservation to confirm which was reassuring. On arrival a friendly welcome. We weren't rushed and everyone said they really enjoyed the food. Didn't have to wait long after ordering for things to arrive. Overall a great place. Tasty food, friendly staff, reasonably priced and a welcoming atmosphere."

"I have been a patron of this restaurant for two decades. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. However, when I tried to place a takeout order tonight, I was surprised to find that my request was denied. After speaking with the manager, he claimed that they have never delivered to my address. It seems that there has been a change in management, and the service has deteriorated significantly. Despite the restaurant's website and Just Eat indicating that they offer delivery, I advise against ordering from here as it will only result in wasted time."

"Our party of four called in on new years eve before seeing the fireworks on the Thames. Never been before but went with the positive reviews, and not disappointed. "Visited The Three Tuns on a Sunday afternoon. Was given a warm welcome! The first thing that got me was how good the food smelled! Grabbed a drink and a table and started looking at the extensive menu. Some of it was a fusion between British pub classics and some just purely Asian/Indian style food. Ordered the mixed grill sizzler (Hariyali, Malai and Chicken Tikka, Signature Wings,Seekh Kebab, Reshmi Kebab, Lamb Tikka, Lamb Chops and Fish Tikka.Served sizzling on a bed of grilled onions), masala fries and onion bhajis at the bar. Food was delivered to the table in about 15 minutes and just looked and smelled incredible! It did not disappoint at all! It was unbelievably good! We were so full after but looked at the desert menu and it had beautiful traditional Indian deserts on it so we couldn’t help ourselves but order a couple. Oh my mother’s dizzy sister! The absolute icing on the cake! The deserts are incredible too! The Kheer is literally to die for! I live 50 miles plus outside of Slough but, and I haven’t told the owners of the Three Tuns yet, but I’m moving into their gastropub! Sorry guys your food is just too good! I promise I won’t take up too much room"
