"This restaurant seemed perfect for our group of 6 friends with a round table. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, although we were allowed to order too much. However, we found the prices for pappadams and naan to be excessive. The food was served in large containers with lids, which made it difficult to fit everything on the table. The bill came to £60 per person, including 3 reasonably priced bottles of wine and some beers. Considering the price, we expected the service to be more refined, but it fell short of our expectations."

We had the mixed meat grill platter which was really awesome, not too spicy and full of flavor. My main was the lamb biryani and it was really yummy, lamb was tender. Great food and atmosphere. View menu

Great, tasty food. The lamb bhuna was fantastic, tender and flavoursome. Service was great and the (I’m assuming) owners were friendly and welcoming. Nice decor and a great atmosphere for a great meal!

We really had a lovely meal at Khanage. Very high quality food that were full of flavour and nice portion sizes. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the service was very good. We'll be going back soon!

I finally found a good Indian restaurant in Wimbledon. The menu has a good variety of well-prepared dishes. They even offer a kids menu that doesn't just have chicken nuggets. I would definitely recommend this place. View menu

The food at this restaurant is all freshly cooked and is delicious. The atmosphere was fairly regular few other people at our 6pm meal. The main thing that let it down was the service. Not sure where they learnt to serve but items were knocked over and not really cleared away timely. Unfortunately out of the choice of 3 beers, only one was available so we missed out on the Wimbledon Gold. The staff were pleasant but just maybe inexperienced?

Visited Khanage for a light lunch today. Absolutely delicious food. Recommend to try the mix try. The lamb tikka and chops in particular were cooked perfectly and very tender. You can tell quality cuts of meat is used.Would definitely visit again very soon but next time an evening trip is in order. I rarely feel the need to write reviews but finally found a superb Indian restaurant in South London after years of travelling to North London.Well done Khanage!
