"Sadly, they weren’t open on Sundays when we visited Dartmouth, but were so pleased that we visited on two other days. My husband visited first, chose a cake, which was delicious, and was given another as they still had an assortment left over and it was heading for closing time. We headed there for breakfast the day we were leaving Dartmouth; lovely welcome, good choice of pastries, and when we next visit Dartmouth we’ll definitely head their way. For anyone unsure where to find them, they are close to the market."

"Nipped in here for an early evening (6pm) catch up with a friend a good time to arrive as it was empty but soon had a few tables by the time we left. It is a new restaurant and not that easy to find as there is no shop front. The music was a bit loud and a bit chilly but the waitress was very accommodating and turned the music and air conditioning down. However as the night went on the music went up. The food was good and came out very quickly. The waitress was attentive during the meal, but not in your face. Great drinks menu try the Monkey 47 vodka. Overall a good experience and would visit again."

"The menu is full of lovely classics. My favourite was the steak kidney pudding. Huge portions. It was so good we ate both nights. We left Sunday lunchtime but seeing the beautiful roast dinners being served we will definitely make sure we stay for one on our next visit. Service was good. The owner Kim is very much hands on and she has a lovely team of friendly staff too."

"where do i start. from the moment we walked in the floor was greasy and you were sliding all over the place, let alone when you sat down the chair slid away from the tables. the desert table glass was filthy. the menus had like a film on which was again greasy. food took over an hour to arrive yet only one other table in after us. the food was was terrible. the lamb kebab was not lamb and tasted like dried up stuffing in breadcrumbs! the bread for the kebab was cold and rock hard! the paella was pointless and tasted very salty and the muscles which were very few had not been cleaned properly. and we're overcooked and they had shriveled up . 2 prawns and there was no veg or anything in it. the carbonara sauce was all congealed and the egg sauce had split. this again tasted like pure salt and looked a mess. the bolognaise wasn't too bad but the wine obviously had not been cooked out. As a trained chef with experience, it was not up to the standard that would of been expect for this type of dining. it was also very expensive, very overpriced and the staff not once had a smile on their face, most of them stood around doing nothing apart from chatting in the corner. we would not recommend this and won't be returning."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant because i had such an amazing experience when visiting a few years ago with family that its been on our mind to come again. Unfortunately this experience was extremely disappointing. We booked this in advance for our...party to have the Kamayan which is the platter of food on the banana leaf tray. I have to say that the quantity of food was very disappointing compared to the previous visit. Firstly the soup was put down at the same time as the Kamayan but we were not provided with any bowls or utensils. The staff did not seem to care very much about our needs and we couldn't get anyone's attention so i had to get some dishes from another table. We had a vegetarian in our party who on our last visit was given a small bowl of vegetarian soup. This time she was given nothing and just had to watch everyone else eat. As for the Kamayan the vegetarian was previously given her own section of the platter that had her vegetarian option on it without touching the meat. On this occasion she was given the same pile of food and meat as everyone else and a tofu dish. so she couldnt really eat the vegetables or rice as it was covered in meat. The quality of food was also not great. all the food was cool and not hot. The corn looked and tasted like it was cooked hours ago and was almost plasticy and was completely inedible. The taste of the food was not as enriched as it has previously been and has really put us off coming again or recommending it to friends. As it stands the price of £17 per person is over priced for what you get now. Very sad to eliminate this place in the future."

"The food and hospitality at this restaurant were outstanding. Our group of five, including a baby, felt like a family as we enjoyed a delicious meal together. The tuna tartare was exceptional, though I personally would have liked a mint garnish. The Carbonara was the best I've had in years, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. It's no wonder there was a line of people waiting to be seated."

"My mom and I are regular customers at this restaurant, usually visiting for breakfast. I would give it a 10/10 for cleanliness, friendly service, inviting atmosphere, convenient location, and the delicious freshly made breakfasts. You can customize your breakfast with a variety of options, or choose from the full Vegetarian or English breakfast. I can't even put into words how tasty everything is. The menu also offers a great selection of drinks, light and main lunch options. We don't mind making the 16 mile round trip to eat here, as it's definitely worth it and very reasonably priced. We have never been disappointed, as the warm welcome and consistently good food sets this place apart from others in the area. It's a rare find in today's dining scene."

"Not a pleasant experience at all. Lovely looking soda bread in the window. In we go to buy some. Believe it or not they actually didn 't want to sell it.A very rude gentleman advised that the bread £3.00 each, so not a bargain) would run out if we bought it. Surely that what should happen with the goods for sale in a good cafe bakery ? My friend offered a £20 note for her purchase, this caused actual panic. No change, no change , I stood holding out 6 pound coins for my bread and was totally ignored. The whole experience was ridiculous what a strange one."

"Not only does Jan come across as a thoroughly decent person, but oh my god, when you taste her truffles (no sniggering) you will think you have died and gone to truffle heaven. such an array of sensational flavours, hand crafted and truly amazing. You will wish Jan lived next door to you, in fact I am considering upping sticks and buying whatever house is next door to her, just so I can spend my day's inhaling the aroma of Truffleicious"

"There were 2 or 3 things that were very good... The Al Pastor Tacos and The Baja Fish Tacos. Would return to eat these. It prides itself on being based on Mexico City, but having been to Mexico City (and other places like Oaxaca can safely say this is not that far removed from Chiquitos type TexMex. The Sharer Dish of Sea Bream was Ok, not bad, but nothing better than Ok. Dessert was meh. (Mexico City...?? Where are the Churros? The Marquesitas? The flan? The Tres Leches? Just overpriced BS like passion fruit cheesecake and chocolate tart etc. In short: would come back and eat the Al Pastor Tacos Fish Tacos... Pass on nearly everything else."

"as a much gereiste person from south-eastern Asia and always alert local cuisine, I have come this week through applause over lots of larder in chelsea from a very üble and charming woman supported by her fantastic man (the chef). I tried three dishes and so excited with the food I tasted that I arranged to take a few home for a dinner party that I had the following evening. eating was an absolute hit and I will return there, although it means a two-hour trip to london to try more of the amazing kitchen."

"For a town that supposedly welcomes tourists, after the short drive from Larbert, our brief visit to this shop was highly disappointing. Utterly rude staff I base that comment solely on the interaction with the lady who served me a couple of (actually not great) venison sausage rolls. My wife enquires about gluten free food (quietly). Obviously an extremely insulting question we took our custom down the road to the l, altogether more civil Crieff Food Company who, perish the thought, appeared to realise that basic manners are worth the effort. I'm unsure whether it was the question, the fact it was asked too quietly (due to wearing a mask) or the fact that it was asked with a Spanish accent that led to my wife experiencing such rudeness when I had not. Doesn't matter we won't be back."

"Lovely friendly welcome when we arrived for a late lunch. We sat on the terrace, and the lap blanket offered to the lady of my party was welcomed. Menu available all day. Toasties were served with crisps, salad and coleslaw. The side order of chips was unnecessary but delicious. We hope to return."

"Today I was driving by a bakery I had never used before (Pilkingtons Davenport) and decided to pop in. I purchased several items which were absolutely horrific in taste! I had the curry pasty, some sort of lattice and 2 custard cakes, all of which were inedible beyond the first bite. The bakery was more expensive than a normal bakery and the 'food ' if I can even call it that has left me wondering if I would have been better off scrounging in the trash for food. Needless to say I will never use this bakery again."

"This was my first time trying African cuisine and I found the flavors to be unique compared to Chinese or Indian food, but absolutely delicious. The restaurant is on the smaller side, seating up to 20 people. There are various artworks on display, mainly wood sculptures that are available for purchase. I highly recommend trying their homemade drinks as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming."

"This was my first visit to Dyce Farm, as I was staying at the Moxy Hotel next door. Having had a warm welcome and escorted to my table, I placed my order for food via the app. Service was really good and very friendly, with the food being of a very high standard. Prices are very reasonable and I have already decided to return to try the Carvery! I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone, and whenever I’m back in Dyce, I’ll gladly return."
