"The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our order was incorrect and when we called to inquire, we were told that they did not have the donner meat, which was missing from our order. A partial refund was agreed upon, but when the delivery driver returned, they refused to give us the refund without evidence of the missing food. We explained that we should not have to provide evidence for something they admit to not having in stock. The refund was ultimately denied, and to make matters worse, the manager accused us of lying. We have been loyal customers of this establishment for over 15 years, but it is evident that the new management has caused a decline in the quality of service. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again."
