"The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our order was incorrect and when we called to inquire, we were told that they did not have the donner meat, which was missing from our order. A partial refund was agreed upon, but when the delivery driver returned, they refused to give us the refund without evidence of the missing food. We explained that we should not have to provide evidence for something they admit to not having in stock. The refund was ultimately denied, and to make matters worse, the manager accused us of lying. We have been loyal customers of this establishment for over 15 years, but it is evident that the new management has caused a decline in the quality of service. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again."

The service at this restaurant is awful. The staff really need to improve their customer service skills. The food is not good and they keep disconnecting the phone calls constantly.

really bad experience. wrong items sent (drinks) on delivery, missing items also (no garlic breads x2). called shop to ask about items they pretended it was the wrong number and played dumb, call was ended on us.

Pizza is good but have on multiple occasions found the staff here to be very rude often getting the order wrong and not wanting to rectify it latest one was me trying to explain that a 500ml bottle of coke is not the same as a 1.5l bottle of coke as advertised

I'm not too sure about other experiences with pizzaland, but I have ordered from them for a past and I have to say I love her eating mainly the pizzas and burgers are what I usually order and with a distance the best local pizza place I've experienced. thanks! one of their masterpieces

I was a patient at the QE hospital, I gave specific delivery instructions to the wad even the bed number. The food was not delivered but I have been charged anyway. I raised a dispute with Just Eat and Pizza Land are saying the food was delivered. It was not delivered, they are absolute LIARS

Hi. This isn't a completely negative review but let me start with the bad. The pizza is hopelessly bad quality. The pizza base is what lets it down the most. It's a pre-made more bread like base and it was undercooked. The toppings i had were actually nice. The potatos wedges tasted reheated and gross. The chicken strippers had a nice taste to them. Overall i would like to say good value for money but i won't be going back there to eat again because I'll will rather spend the extra cash on a nice pizza.

I placed an order on the Just Eat app just after midnight and the delivery man arrived within five to ten minutes with my food. It was my first time ordering from Pizza Land, and I had donner meat, fries, southern fried chicken with special sauce and garlic mayonnaise, and Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream. The food was fresh, tasty, and filling, and I highly recommend ordering from here again for their quality, efficiency, and affordability. I appreciate the delivery man's courtesy and the responsibility they fulfilled. Thanks to the manager, supervisor, and workers at Pizza Land.
