"The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour for our food, only to receive a severely overcooked steak and greasy, mediocre burgers. The dishes were bland and underseasoned. The staff seemed untrained and clueless, and checking out was a disaster. The meal was prepaid for, but paying the bill was disorganized and unprofessional. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. It was truly shameful."
