"very good option near the trafalgar square we find by chance. we taste the burger, wings, garlic bread and chips with chili and cheddar. There are many vegan options, the service was very fast and professional. A wide American style dinner decorated with italian American style. "A nice lunch. . For starters . My lunch companion ordered the loaded bacon and cheese potato skins, he attested to them being delicious. . I opted for Chicken goujons, always a winner. Crisp, tender, and a beautiful dipping sauce. . Onto the mains. My companion had a hankering for fish and chips, we joked that it was a small portion. However he was happy with the freshness of the fish and crunchy batter. We hadn’t mentioned the portion size to anyone in the restaurant, it was unexpected however welcome when an additional slice of fish was delivered by the server. . I decided to try the BBQ Cheese Chicken Wrap, fantastically moreish. I was disappointed when it came to an end."

"Firstly then didn’t have the reservation for the table, however we did get seated. The seat wasn’t great, outside far away, enough to be forgot about. I am Gluten Free and ordered a carbornara with chicken. When it arrived there was lack of cheese sauce on the carbonara and the chicken was foul. It was defrosted but you could tell it wasn’t nice, my partner tasted it also and spat it out. I found a server and told him, he advised that this was not made in house (microwave meal really) it was defrosted and served to me. Now for £13 I really grudge this. I asked what was made in house...he hesitated so I asked about the pizza he said yes, i had this instead. It was ok, edible before the concert. This is the second time I have been to a FB’s and have had disgusting food. This will be the last time. My partners food was ok he said nothing special."

"We booked a table but our booking was showing from their side. Lovely staff member got us a table. Staff were very attentive. Food was amazing. The cake that comes with the coffee is smaller than expected even though it says small piece. Kids loved their brownies and Ice cream. The only thing for me is perhaps the bathrooms could be abit cleaner. The door to the females toilets was very grubby."

"the new vegan menu is wonderful! pizzas, soupen, hot dogs, burger, mac n cheese, garlic bread pizza, vegan mayo, ice...so much choice! really recommend the kansas city pizza the mac no cheese (cauliflower butternut squash sauce) is quite a small part, so it would be as one side to another dish, but not alone. update feb 2021: the beet burger with fried aubergine is amazing! oreo cake was also delicious. it tasted as if it had been made with whipped cream."

"The service at this restaurant was excellent. We made a reservation through an app and received a 40% discount on our first order. Our order was taken promptly and the food arrived quickly. The chicken and mushroom penne was hot and delicious. Despite the busy atmosphere and background noise typical of restaurants, we enjoyed a nice view of the Ocean Terminal from our table."

"I'd gone off F&B's for a while but today the food was good. The fries were a bit over fried and the coleslaw looked liked it had been left out in the heat but otherwise the garlic bread with cheese, the Cajun chicken wrap and ice cream sundae were really good. The major complaint was it was really hot and there was no air conditioning. We also hot £10 off with the app ! Staff were really nice too."

"I understand that it was Mother's Day, but a reservation should not have been accepted if there was no possibility of being seated close to the scheduled time. My group of six, including two young children, had to wait by the front door for 25 minutes past our reservation time. We were then instructed to wait at the crowded bar, which was being used as a makeshift waiting area. Eventually, we gave up and left as it seemed like there was no organization or control. The staff blamed the delays on the kitchen, but it appeared that they had lost control of the situation. People were cutting in line and being escorted directly to the bar, with no consideration given to those who had been waiting. It was clear that the restaurant was not prepared for the busy Mother's Day rush."

"The appetizers were excellent, but the main courses were just average. I mentioned it was a birthday celebration when booking, but the restaurant did not have the online booking information. When we arrived, I informed the receptionist about the birthday, but they seemed unaware. The waiter seemed busy throughout our meal, and the birthday candle only arrived after we had finished everything."

"First of the lady that served us , Tracy I believe her name was , she was fantastic, could not ask for a better service, breakfast was good and well priced although I'm not a fan of mushrooms cooked in oil , I'm more of a butter person. The decaf coffee was top notch , I found the decor to be warm and inviting, seats were very comfortable and the atmosphere in general was good , I'd say a 9 out of 10 score and would definitely return...as long as we get a chat with Tracy again ....such a fun soul"

"Came to this restaurant on Thursday 11th July. Was a very busy and bustling establishment at the time. Considering how busy the place was and also how hot it was due to the muggy weather, the experience was very good. The staff looked after us extremely well, especially our server, James, who coped amazingly well and stayed professional and attentive at all times, especially as you could tell the place was considerably busy and many demanding tables around us. Food was brilliant and great value for money. we would always recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks."

"After booking a table well in advance, arrived at the restaurant to be told we didn’t have a booking. We were then placed at a table and a waiter, who can’t speak or understand English, took our drinks order. Having placed the drinks order, we waited in anticipation for it to arrive, when the wine and beer arrived there was one beer short. Having waited we then had to go to the front and ask for it. The waiter then got totally confused and brought more beer than was requested anyway that was sorted. We order the spicy wings that is advertised with a blue cheese dipping and of course get told there is no blue cheese dipping . The main meal seemed to go off without problems. However, we had to continually ask for the empty glasses to be removed to make place for the plates. Then we get to dessert where a restaurant doesn’t have cream to make an Irish Coffee. So all in all Frankie Benny will not see us there again"

"We tried four different restaurants to reach Suffolk foodhall, Oyster, Harvester, all too busy on a Saturday morning 10:00 and then my daughter suggested, try Frankie and Benny's. I wish we had tried Frankie and Benny's first, and they were really quiet. He went in. We ordered the food. Quickly got out. The staff is beautiful, beautiful atmosphere. I didn't know it was still open and food came out. Breakfast was delicious for £10.50 full English breakfast eggs. Sausage Toast black pudding beans mushrooms all beautiful Bacon was beautiful. There were 11 of us. The young lady who served us was really beautiful. I couldn't do enough for us. We sit and look around. Really good. Good atmosphere if you want something nice to eat and good atmosphere. good, clean experience. Try honestly and Benny is still open. Still good food well enjoyed it"

"I have been to this restaurant twice as a vegan and have always been delighted. The beet burger is absolutely delicious, and the Mediterranean salad is a perfect choice for a light and refreshing meal. I would also strongly recommend trying the chocolate fudge cake. It has always been my favorite dessert, and I was overjoyed to see it on their vegan menu."

"I recently dined at Francie Bennys in Coventry and it was absolutely terrible. Let me tell you a joke – I would have been better off going to Burger King instead. I ordered a cajun chicken sandwich which came with fries and coleslaw. When the food arrived, the coleslaw was soggy and I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. The portion of fries was so small, I could count them – there were exactly 23. The chicken sandwich was also disappointing as it was served stone cold. It seemed like they had just reheated a pre-cooked chicken breast in the microwave for 20 seconds before serving it. The sandwich cost £9.95 and a coke was £2.10, making a total of £12.05 for a meal that even a dog wouldn't want to eat. I didn't want to cause a scene by complaining, but I definitely won't be returning."
