"When I asked for the bar snacks menu, I was sent from one person to another just to get a menu, only to be told they couldn't find it and might be out of menus altogether. The quality of the dishes was disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry and served lukewarm, while the crispy squid was just a soggy piece of fried squid that lacked flavor. It's disheartening to see this, and unfortunately, I left as a dissatisfied customer."

"Service was terrible sat for 20mins with nothing, staff standing around chatting to each other or in long social conversations with other diners zero awareness… finally got a drink and when ordering the food was then told the kitchen was about to close and so the starters would maybe have to come with the main!! Daughters food brought and then mine later but only half of it and then had to track down staff to request the rest of my food and ketchup for my daughter who’d nearly finished hers by then. Then had to wait for dessert menus and finally the bill was told when the bill was brought that they hadn’t added service charge I didn’t have to say anything to them as they knew it was rubbish I won’t be heading back any time soon and I work in the Blue Fin building!! I won’t be recommending either…. Shame as this used to be so good!"
