"We were initially seated and given the menu, but we noticed there was no drinks menu. When we tried to order drinks, the server assumed we already knew what we wanted despite not having a drinks menu. We ordered wings that were overcooked, but the shrimp was tasty. Next, we ordered the skewers. The skewers were brought to our table, but we were left to cook them ourselves. When we tried to cut the meat off the skewers, another waiter scolded us and said that the other waiters would have taken care of it for us. Overall, the service was lacking, particularly from the Asian server with glasses. The skewers themselves were delicious, but we experienced better service at a more affordable restaurant."

"I wanted to make a review because this place has changed quite a bit and felt the need to share. I'll split it into sections. Food: Nachos/ Nachos were good, problem is the portions are tiny between 3 adults we maybe had 5 tortillas each. Imagine taking 15 tortillas from a Doritos bag and that's your portion. Bit of a joke. loaded fries/ I had these fries which was between 6 7 pound mark they came with some toppings. I expected it to be loaded, but nothing special about it at all. Another tiny portion. southern fried burger/ my partner had this and looked the as you'd get in the spoons. Spoons is actually better than this. For something so expensive you'd expect a bit more quality. fajitas/ her sister had the fajitas and it looked nice. Again a few small bits of sliced chicken and some dips. The profit mark up on the food must be amazing. For over 17 quid for some small sliced chicken and a few mini wraps. Its taking liberties drinks/ we had 2 Pina coladas and 1 Paloma. Paloma was decent, the Pina colada was average at best. They have changed recipe and it came with ice but thick small pieces. This drink used to come blended and more of a frozen type cocktail. Service I mean it was ok but very basic. Our server had as much enthusiasm as a potato. Leaning on the table while taking our order. She looked like she hated being there. Some people should not be in hospitality. They did do a check back from the manager and the manager bought the food out. I was so disappointed in the Nachos I was going to refuse to pay for them. But we did anyway. Both me and my partner have worked in hospitality for a long time and we know the industry quite well. when food quality is average at best and price is high. This is not a good sign. We used to like coming here the portions were bigger the drinks were better, the service was better. The food was better. I don't know what happened but I won't be returning. If you want a decent burger head to 7bone just along the way. Way better food and portions. Should of known not to go. The place is always quiet but eh oh. Hope you find my review helpful guys. If your in Camberley look at other options as this is not the best place to eat. Thanks"

"fantastic service and quality authentic eating! quickly messed up, although it went to foot on a Friday night, and both drinks and food orders were taken quickly. the food came and was absolutely delicious; very authentic Italian aromas and generous portions. the staff was fabulous and very friendly. the restaurant was clean and tidy and good for the guests. a very good culinary experience, and we will certainly return when in portsmouth!"

"We visited on Sunday 27th Feb. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I went up to order at the bar and I have to say that it is the stickiest place I've ever visited. The bar was sticky, menus were sticky. I'm not sure what it was but it was on our table menus too. The food was really good. It took a little while so it wasn't really hot. I had Smothered Chicken and my partner had the Rump Steak. My chicken was nice but the peas and chips were cold. We had a bottle of wine we hadn't finished and a really nice boy who had brought us our food allowed us to take it outside to finish it up in the night air. This is a really nice restaurant with good food, a good atmosphere and great staff. Thank you!"

"I've visited this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been wonderful. On this occasion, I went for an early midweek dinner around 5 PM, which meant the place was nearly empty and somewhat lacking in atmosphere. I ordered the Beef Chimichanga, and it was really delicious. My dining partner had the fajitas, which were also great. The staff member who served us was attentive and friendly. Like many places these days, the prices have increased, and we did flinch a bit when we saw them on the menu. Overall, it was a good experience, but it felt a bit pricey for a midweek dinner, especially since we both only ordered soft drinks."

"Aweful experience...i reserved table 10 in advance...on arrival said table was occupied. The hostess invited us to sit any where...which defeats the purpose of reserving the table. The hostess indicated you had to order using the app....which we proceeded to do...after several attemps to pay via the app...we had to pay at the bar. The waiter did not take or cash the complete order....the service was sluggish ...the milk for tea)was spilled on reaching the table...see photo..it was never cleaned...the food was pitiful...not value for money...."

"We popped in here for lunch on a Wednesday and there was lots of empty tables. The staff were quite pleasant, though not many behind the bar at that time, but was not busy. My first choice of soft drink could not be found so I opted for ginger ale. Food was really lovely and arrived quickly. I ordered side dishes and they were an ok size and one came with on a lovely, fresh bed of lettuce. The atmosphere was fairly ambient and not noisy at all. Would definately go there again. "THe slug has always been the best place for a bottomless brunch for me. Not the case on my last visit. Table of 2 we got overlooked. Felt in the way and like a nusance, did complain to the managers they said they where short staffed, but the bar staff where doing nothing laughing and joking while the brunch staff run off there feet. The price has increased but the service level has decreased. dont think i will be coming again ! lots of competition out there !"

"The table we were given was dirty with a grain of rice and bits visible. The salad with my burrito was limp and off colour. It didn’t look appetising. "Popped in here, on our way back to hotel, for a drink and something to eat. The place is massive, so no issue getting a table, we even managed to get one overlooking the river. All cocktails currently available on for offer, which...is excellent value. Good selection of beer, wine and gin too. We opted for one of their sharing platters and at it was certainly value for money as it was massive, very tasty and enjoyable, although we couldn't finish it. All staff, we encountered were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return."

"My niece traveled to Glasgow from Basingstoke for her bachelorette party. We had reserved a 'VIP' area at another bar, which was supposed to include 5 drinks, but they were unaware of this and were quite unpleasant and rude about it. Two of the party guests went to Missoula to see if they could reserve a table and the staff there were incredibly accommodating. They saved a table for us and even brought over confetti bombs, sparklers, and a glass of champagne for the bride-to-be as soon as we arrived. The staff at Missoula took great care of us and were very friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit to Missoula since before lockdown, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Missoula for anyone planning a bachelorette party."

"I made an online reservation for 9 people through OpenTable and received a confirmation email almost instantly. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, they didn't have any record of our reservation. Fortunately, there was still space available for us. It could have been a bit awkward since we were gathering for Easter Sunday dinner from different parts of the country, but the staff was very accommodating and handled the situation well."
