"I made a reservation for Saturday evening to celebrate my niece's birthday. The welcome was average, we were seated at a booth table. The restaurant looked clean, but it took some time before we were approached to order drinks. The service from the waitress who took our order was fine, she was friendly enough but some other staff members lacked the courtesy I would expect as a customer. For example, when my daughter spilled her drink, we had to clean it up ourselves with napkins, and when we asked for more paper towels, a staff member just handed us two disposable towels to use. There was no offer to help us, which I found odd. The food was decent, but my Burrito lacked flavor, although it was served hot. After we finished our meal, the waitress offered to pack our leftovers in a doggy bag, which was a nice gesture, but I also felt rushed when it came to paying. The bill was presented to me, and less than five minutes later, the staff member was back asking if I needed a card reader. I typically leave a generous tip when dining out, but on this occasion, I didn't feel like anyone deserved it. They need to improve their service; when people go out to eat, it means they can afford to, and I don't want to feel like I'm being treated as if I might leave without paying for my meal."
