"Our experience at this restaurant was terrible for the whole family. Firstly, the restaurant was extremely cold and in the middle of our meal, a manager took away a heater that was keeping our baby warm. We had to eat our meal wearing our coats and jackets, which was not a good start. The carvery was decent, but when we ordered desserts, we had to wait for at least 30 minutes. We had other plans and had to chase them up, but when they finally arrived, the brownies were so hard we couldn't eat them. We tried to cancel the order, but it still came out, and we received no apology or refund, despite the bill being over £100. It was chaotic and definitely not recommended for a warm restaurant with a good atmosphere."
