"I visited the restaurant on Sunday with my mother and sister, and I’m glad we made a reservation in advance because it was quite busy. We all chose the carvery, and it did not disappoint. The food was cooked to perfection, featuring traditional roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Our waitress, Amy, was excellent and took great care of us. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the pub itself was clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’ve already recommended this pub to my colleagues."

The staff was very nice, but the food was terrible. My niece had turkey that was so dry it fell apart on her plate. It was difficult to find roast potatoes that weren’t burnt, and the cauliflower was dry while the cauliflower cheese was tough. I won’t be coming back.

I'm glad we booked a table in advance, as he was very busy. we all chose the carvery and we were not disappointed. the food was cooked nicely, with 'proper ' bratkartoffeln and seasonal vegetables. amy was our waitress and she made a sting job for us. the staff was very friendly and helpful; and the pub was clean. overall it was a great experience and I have recommended this pub already the people in my office.
