"This was our first time visiting this restaurant . We booked for lunch being midweek it was quiet so we can’t fairly comment on what the ambience would be in evening. But….. fantastic food we sampled six tapas dishes and each of them had superb taste. And the service was excellent. We will certainly be back with the rest of our friends and family in tow !"

"poor service. for new years and what a disappointment. "We arrived to the smell of fresh paint which was very disappointing as there was no mention of refurbishment on the website. I queried with the Manager and he advised that they were just finishing from decorating over the weekend but the smell of paint was very noticeable and I found off putting. I know they need to decorate but please not as evening service was beginning. However the food was good and service was OK for our party of 8. We had the standard Tapas Tasting Menu which was plentiful and tasty. There were not many tables occupied in the restaurant on that night so not overly buzzing but overall we all enjoyed."

"There are a couple of things that went wrong during our visit here. We were taken to our table and told to scan a QR code to order our food. Once we did that we were told that we shouldn't have but order and pay for the food at the cash till. The staff was nevertheless able to sort it out but, unfortunately the online order was not properly picked up and one of the dishes we ordered was brought with the extra spice sauce (instead of the one ordered). Again, things were sorted out by the staff but the overall experience was sub-par. The good was ok-ish but would probably not return soon."

"We had been to Barcelona Tapas once before. The previous visit was decent, but this time it was poor, due mostly to the service. The food was decent, but one of the dishes (croquettes) arrived when most of the other dishes had already been eaten; so late that we thought they had forgotten the croquettes. The restaurant was quiet, and when another couple came in, they sat them right next to us (that shows the waiting staff care more about their journey than anything else), and then were very chatty towards them. They weren't with us. That's a small thing, but it made us feel that we were just punters in to eat and go. Basically, there was no sense of occasion. Football should also not be on the tv. If I want football on, I'll go to the match or to a pub."

"I had booked for a works Christmas meal this was 15 people. They were very helpful over emailing when planning and adding additional people. On arrival service was very friendly and helpful. When it came to paying they even split up everyone’s orders with their own receipt. This is above and beyond and made it so easy. The food was cooked exactly how you asked for it. Very very tasty. Good selection of vegan burgers also which is another reason we selected this venue as there were a few in our party. All in all highly recommend and we will be returning"

"Booked on OpenTable. Arrived and confirmed we were an hour early by showing the staff the booking on my phone and would it be ok to arrive now he said yes and we had our meal. The food and service were good and we left. OpenTable then said the restaurant said we don’t turn up. I confirmed back that we did and they said we would hear back within 48 hours. No response and marked as a no show. How hard is this? Great restaurant but hassle from OpenTable and possibly restaurant later!"

"This place honestly should not be on anyone's radar. The tapas are very mediocre and they also have minimum orders on a lot of items. Meaning that if you want to get 1 paella, tough luck, you can't. This is extremely annoying and it's made to make you spend more. Also 30pp for a tapas course is way overpriced. The good part was only the music and atmosphere. Will not return here unfortinately and neither any of our friends."

"This restaurant has a beautiful, cozy, and romantic atmosphere, making it perfect for couples or small groups who want to enjoy shared dishes. Some items on the menu need to be ordered in advance, especially those designed for larger parties. The tapas were fantastic, and everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I highly recommend the garlic dish, Manchego cheese, Patatas bravas, and the seafood paella. They also have daily special offers; for example, on Thursdays, you can get a plate of paella for two and two glasses of wine for just £18."

"The service at this restaurant was very poor. Despite booking two weeks in advance, we were placed at a table at the back next to the kitchen. We ordered sangria and some bread and cheese when we arrived, but after waiting for 15 minutes, nothing had arrived. When we were finally asked if we were ready to order, we mentioned that we had ordered drinks and snacks and were also ready to order our mains. However, even after placing our mains order, our drinks still had not arrived. We were then informed that the red wine sangria had run out, which was disappointing considering it was only 8pm on a Saturday at a tapas restaurant. To make matters worse, all of our food, including the bread and cheese, arrived at the same time, leaving us feeling overwhelmed."

"eating is good. the service was friendly and they were good to make a photo. on the website, however, they advertise a 3 tapas deal for 12.50 we came to see a sign outside 3 tapas deal for 14.50, I was not amused. the waitress then apparently had no warning about the deal and went to check. offer for 14.50 good, I notice that the deal was online in the choice anyway. we order, generally enjoy eating and get the bill. the deal was not taken into account. the waiter says we should have let the waitress know. that upset me when I'm pretty sure she asked him to. there was only approx. 5.75 and had to choose 2 dishes from the sections. I have already recommended this restaurant on another page, but this experience has upset me. they need to change their website and educate their personal."

"What a hidden gem! We found this restaurant on our last night! It was fabulous and I would have eaten here every night! We were welcomed by the staff as soon as we arrived. We ordered a mix of tapas, paella and then desert. We...were a mix of children and adults. There was no food left over it was delicious and we ate so much. From calamari, bruschetta, seafood paellas, lamb, olives the list can go on. It was delicious. The atmosphere was buzzing as it was after a Chelsea home game. Wine was paired and went really well. We finished with a Alcoholic coffee with deserts and let the server choose. The price was so reasonable for London it was incredible. Will definitely go back. This place reminded me of Barcelona and brought back such special memories."

"We were invited to have dinner at this restaurant to celebrate a friend. As Brazilians, we love Portuguese cuisine. The dishes we chose were top-notch in both taste and presentation, receiving a 5/5 rating from us. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a refreshing white sangria. The manager was a fantastic host, the serving team provided excellent service, and overall, our experience was well worth the money spent. "We have lived in the area for years and I now wished we had discovered Boqueria earlier! We had the papatas bravas (so crunchy! and the tortilla (with creamy egg yolk inside for starters so simple but so perfectly executed! For mains, we ordered the chicken paella which was very generous but maybe a tad too salty and the pork, which was paired with an unusual lemon sorbet (it works! . For desserts, we had the cheesecakes (burnt and pistachio , which were a perfect way to finish off our meal. The meal was really fairly priced for the quality of the food. I have been to many tapas/Spanish restaurants in London and this one is definitely up there. We will come back!"

From the decorating, menu planning, drinks and canapés on arrival everything was organised and Susi and her team were always willing to liaise with me about what I wanted both leading up to and on the night of the event with great flexibility and professionalism. I recovered a number of outstanding reviews and feedback in relation to the venue, drinks, food, atmosphere and comments about her friendly staff were made my many of my coworkers. I can not could not thank Susi enough for her hard work and input in making our Christmas party this year so memorable.
