"Very rude and uninterested staff. We booked a table but when we got there they said they didn 't take any bookings that day. Three tables were being attended to, the rest wasn 't set up for dinner. Apparently they had a party upstairs which took all of their attention. They told us we could sit wherever, also suggested we were in the wrong Princess Victoria because they didn 't have our booking... even after showing them my booking confirmation... They didn 't seem to care we were there and weren 't serving us. After 15 minutes we got up and left. They said 'thank you for coming '... A place we will definitely never go back to!"

Very nice place. Susie the manager was super nice and welcoming with all our requests. We easily booked a private dining room for a work group and had a great evening. Food was good and atmosphere also was very pleasant.
