"OK, so this is ‘just’ a Pizza Hut review, right? And they’re all the same, aren’t they? Well in my experience they’re pretty much of a muchness. BUT this is the first visit we’ve had to this particular restaurant. From the moment we opened...the door and were second in the queue and the Manager checked on us and said he’d be right back to the moment we left and he made a point of thanking us and saying goodbye, we had the best experience. So good that I made a point of reviewing which for ‘just’ a Pizza Hut I wouldn’t normally do. This Manager, and his team, were non stop. The polite and efficient service, the explanations of the process of ordering and paying, the check backs, the food quality. Service with a smile and a chat. Not too intrusive just right. The whole lot was just top drawer. Had a few word with the Manager to pass my thoughts on to him. Wanted him to know first hand that his own very obvious work ethic was so positive to see and obviously rubbed off on his team. He said most had been with him for years. He also said that he was leaving the firm after years early retirement. He was an example to his staff. Leading from the front. Down in the trenches with them. Everyone deserves to retire, but if you take our advice Pizza Hut senior management, you’ll convince this man to stay and have him train your Managers on how to not only manage, but how to lead. Not on how to deal with the public but how to meaningfully engage with the public. My wife and I are both senior managers in different public facing organisations. This guy was just exceptional. I think his name was Stuart/Stewart. Sometimes the simplest things mean the most. So, as I said this wasn’t ‘just’ a Pizza Hut review because this wasn’t ‘just’ a normal Pizza Hut."

"Absolutely awful experience. Went for a birthday meal. Greater by the manager who asked if we had any allergies. I replied yes, tomatoes for my daughter. Was given allergy menu. Ordered food. Said 3 times that there’s a tomato allergy to my daughters plate. No sauce or tomato on her pizza. Plain base. She understood. Waited ages for food. Comes out, gives my daughter her pizza. They’ve seized bbq sauce over her pizza?! BBQ has tomato in! They’ve just given an allergen to a child with an allergy!!! I’ve explained she can’t have it for that reason. She takes it back and says it’ll be another 10/15 mins to re cook!!! My daughter is autistic, she didn’t understand why we’ve all got our food and her not… When food finally came out 15-17 mins later, she didn’t want it, she was put off from earlier and wasn’t hungry by that point:… They also forgot our side order of chips…. They came out once we finished our meal! Spoke to the manager, who apologised and said he’s not really sure what to say. He’s told the chef off, my daughters meal is free! She didn’t eat!! He says the chest read the order wrong and got confused!! That’s when I got more annoyed and said , what they’ve done is an allergy breach. You’ve placed a known allergen infront of a child with that allergy, their lucky nothing serious happened, where she ate it… Plus the side order was forgotten! He then offers 2kids meals free, and s pudding…. Hardly makes up for it really. The waitress then never came back to our table. Our food/plates were left in front of us. We had to go and case someone to actually pay. The table next to us wasn’t cleared for vet an hour!!! Very attentive staff!!! Extremely disappointed in the lack understanding of an allergy! And overall service. Oh and my husbands pizza had 3 peppers randomly in his pizza, again had this of been something anyone was allergic to, huge problem! Chef’s really need to be aware of what they are doing and putting in food!!! I won’t even mention the fact I’m disabled and the toilet was wet/slippery with the mop bucket and cones in the way! (The men’s toilet was out of action too, so the men had to use disableds) Completely ruined our birthday meal."

"The service at this restaurant was very slow. We were ignored for about 20 minutes until someone finally came to take our order. The pizza we ordered was not made correctly and lacked flavor. While the pizza bases were well-made, the toppings were disappointing. I would love to see more interesting toppings like courgette, aubergine, artichokes, jackfruit, and more. It would be great if they offered vegan meat substitutes like seitan, soy, vegan bacon, pulled jackfruit, and vegan salami. As a restaurant that serves meat, they did not do enough to provide a complete pizza experience compared to other businesses. While the pizza we received was decent, my partner and I would prefer more exciting options on the menu before we visit again. This restaurant is convenient when visiting the showcase cinema, as it offers a simple meal before or after a movie."

"The Pizza Hut pizza was consistent with what you would expect. This particular location is now offering drive-thru service only. Although the service was quick and my order was accurate, I was disappointed that I couldn't sit down and enjoy my pizza. The option to dine in is a key differentiator for Pizza Hut compared to other pizza chains. I believe the shift to drive-thru only was likely due to the pandemic. Hopefully, they will reopen the dining area soon."

"Located on the upper floor of the shopping center, this branch of the Food Dish restaurant offers a nice escape from the busy and chaotic atmosphere below. While there isn't much that sets it apart from other chain restaurants, my experiences here have been positive. The food is well-prepared and served hot, the staff is friendly, and I haven't had to wait too long for my meals. It's definitely worth a visit before heading to the nearby Valerie."

"I would have liked to have had an experience there, but I couldn't because I didn't allow it yesterday on the 29th april 2022. after checking in the internet that the closing time at 22.00 clock (which is also advertised at the entrance door), my family and I was allowed in this restaurant despite 20,45 it means an hour and fifteen minutes before closing not eating. a worker (a young man) told me that the time to eat was closed and that I had only the start option. when we were on vacation to visit the city, we did not want to take our dinner home, on one side, because we were not close and on the other because we were a good time with dinner in a restaurant we like. I really don't understand why this restaurant has a closing time if they don't respect it. I could have understood this decision if we had arrived there by 21.30, but we had more than enough time to eat there and go before the closing time. my opinion, terrible customer service of this restaurant. I think manager and specialties of franchise should investigate what happens there. pizzahut pays all these houseworkers before homework because they do nothing in the last hour and half an hour. they had only one chat and gave to the supplier who was out to take orders. I am firmly convinced that customers need to take care of something completely different than what we experienced yesterday in this pizza hut restaurant on the argyle road in glasgow."

"I had a lovely experience and a filling meal in this restaurant. The atmosphere in here is warm and pleasant with very friendly staff and great, fast service. I had the salmon and avocado salad to eat which was fresh and nicely cooked, and came in a bread bowl which was a nice touch, making the whole dish more exciting. The menu is extensive and caters for most tastes; I went with two friends one of whom had an indulgent mushroom risotto which was as creamy as it was cheesy, and the other had a cheesy aubergine dish which was simple and filling. You could also choose from a selection of fish and meat dishes, including calamari which looked delicious. Would definitely recommend this place for a guaranteed nice, filling meal, and the welcoming and informal atmosphere."

"Decided to go for a Pizza Hut, as I always remembered them being great when I was a kid. However, it turned into a bit of a disappointment. If there was a star for hygiene then it would have no stars. There was food sat at tables for at least 20 mins after people left, and food still under tables which clearly hadn’t been swept. We were there for around an hour and bit and it wasn’t cleaned in the time we were there, god knows how long it had been there for. The place itself felt greasy and unclean. When food finally turned up it looked okay until I took a slice and moved a piece of ham on my pizza that I noticed a piece of plastic underneath. I went straight up to the manager who swiftly sorted it and we got a refund on our meal which was very kind and a brand new pizza made."

"Went at quite a busy time and was lucky enough to get seated, clean enough, staff were polite, had to order via the app which was a bit of a pain in the butt and it is card only. Order and pay before you eat. Food was great had the peri peri cheese crust pizza, sides and refillable drinks, pretty pricey. Will probably come for the buffet lunch next time, quite a bit cheaper for the buffet."
