"We visited for a lunch time meal.When the waitress bought the food along she neglected to say the dish it was in was very hot. It had come directly from the oven. When I moved it I burnt my fingers. I asked the waiter who spoke poor English for a burn cream from their first aid kit. He went to find it and some time later came to say they didn’t have any. I was unimpressed and asked to see the manager. She came over and I repeated my request. She looked and couldn’t find any burns cream. Then she decided their company policy was not to supply any first aid creams. This is fine if this is their policy but why did they not tell us immediately do they not know their own policy.I insisted they keep a record of the accident and they agreed. I never saw what they wrote.I supplied my email address as I wanted them to contact me. Several weeks later I have heard nothing no apology and no expressions of concern.Quite clearly this is a restaurant who cares nothing if they cause an injury to their customers. Such a lack of basic care."

"I ordered the lobster and crab ravioli, sounded amazing, around £18, and I was very hungry and I am currently pregnant. When it turned up to the table, myself and my friend were visibly shocked there were only 10 small ravioli parcels in the bottom of the the bowl plate they serve it in. I mentioned to staff and they acted like I was being weird, asked if it was the right pasta and when I said yes, walked away. I wasn’t sure what else could be said so left it at that. I finished my meal and left still very hungry. I’m a slow eater so as my friends plate was barely touched I sat waiting for her to finish her meal. Off to get a tesco meal Deal now, as I refuse to spend another 20 on another meal. I am very disappointed, that was basically a starter, it needed more than double that on the plate for it to qualify as a small meal, that was absolutely tiny. The added cheese appears to have bulked it out a lot but don’t be fooled."

"Takeaway ordered via Deliveroo. I was prepared to wait, the app advised for delivery, but it actually took and Pizza and fries were stone cold and inedible (I appreciate some people don’t mind cold pizza wouldn’t have considered it inedible),...it was apparent that the food had been prepared earlier and had stood waiting for the driver. I know the driver isn’t employed by the restaurant but the restaurant surely knew how long the food had been waiting when it was handed to the driver and were still willing to have it delivered, would they have delivered cold food to an in-house diner? I have left a similar review on Deliveroo and I suspect the restaurant will blame Deliveroo and vice versa but ultimately Prezzo accepted the order and unless it took the driver over an hour to deliver the food once it was collected, I doubt it got cold in the time it took the driver to get from the restaurant to my house, so I don’t think it’s unreasonable to leave a star review for the restaurant."
